I been wait over 2 hours for an appointment the location is under staffed and unorganized lack of communication between employees this the worst location they call to the back just to wait in another room this ludicrous

This place is HORRIBLE! If anyone is leaving a good review suspect they work there and have been asked to do so. The lady at the front desk is extremely rude!! IF you have an appointment the wait time is over 30 minutes! That's with an appointment! Walk-in is an hour and a half or more! I've done both and my experience was terrible. They have limited and RUDE staff! If you can go to a different lab, do it. Even Quest Diagnostics, as bad as they are with their customer service, has more staff and they move faster. This Labcorp deserves zero stars.

Unfortunately I had a very bad experience today. I used to come to this location for the quality service but that has definitely changed. I went for a urine test and waited an hour and fifteen minutes to be called, and when I couldn't hold my pee any longer I asked the lady to use the bathroom and when I went to grab a urine test cup, she told me not to and to go back to the waiting room but no matter how much I said I could not hold it she told me I had to wait on her. I would not have minded waiting as long as I could pee in the cup as I could not have waited any longer. The lady at the front office was friendly, but the one doing the test was very rude.

15 days waiting for results and no position when it will be ready . Unacceptable, this company has no ethics or respect for the patients .

I am highly disappointed with this location. First, the lady in the front was super unfriendly. My daughter had her blood drawn and fainted. Daisy, the lab tech, did call me after my daughter fainted. Right before my daughter fainted, she clearly asked daisy for rubbing alcohol, as that helps when anyone is about to faint. Daisy refused to give it to her, even after I asked her to get it. I revived my daughter by quickly wetting paper towels and rubbing cold water all over her and talking to her. What a scary experience to see your child unconscious. I called their custoner service phone number adn was told, this location was out of stock of the rubbing alcohol pads. Wow! So, I'm told something different at the facility but learn the real truth after the fact. This company never bothered to call me back either! This was the worst experience ever! Do yourself a favor and choose another lab entirely!

I had to go to this place today and after my testing I forgot a Ziplock bag fill with my personal scratch off tickets which were all winners i somehow placed the bag on water fountain while waiting to be called but I didn't notice that I lost bag until after leaving work so I decided to take a chance and drive back to the location in my personal vehicle and once I got inside I was gracefully greeted by this nice lady named Ms laurette Horace she informed me that someone had politely turn in my bag to her and once I got there she gave me my property back they really don't make honest and good people like this anymore I want her to be recognized as a great woman and caring she goes beyond her duties suggesting a raise for her and more money and opportunities she deserves it thanks again that was all the money I had left thank you so much

You have to get there before 7 or LATEST 7 am and expect to wait - even if you have an appointment. The place is hard to get into and find, and outside there are no signs. Try all the doors and walk around the building - you’ll eventually find one open. Walk around the lobby and eventually you’ll find the unit 101B.
One of the lab techs is also the receptionist and she is hard to understand - I think she is Haitian and her accent is “thick”. You will be processed rather brutally and then told to wait in another room inside while the lab tech processes all of the rest in the office - if she is the only one there as she was last time I came here you’ll have a little wait. This time it was fast because there were two techs.
While they are 100% pure business and not good at receiving customers, I come here because they get it done fast (usually).

I unfortunately had a bad experience. The person doing my pre employment drug screening was rude and a little stand offish. I definitely will be going to a different location if I ever need any sort of drug screening or testing done.

Doctor was rude to my daughter who explain that she is here for a urine drug test, doctor didn’t realize I was listening on the other end of the phone when she rudely told my daughter that a urine and a drug test is two different things! That made no sense especially her being rude and telling her she either here for urine test or drug test. Maybe she was having a bad day but that doesn’t excuse being unprofessional and providing incorrect information because it clearly stated on her form that she is here for a urine drug test.

I really love this location. The girls are so sweet and accommodating. I have come here probably half a dozen times now and every time I have been treated with nothing but kindness and respect. The office is clean and I cannot say enough about how much I appreciate the patience, kindness, and respect these ladies show the patients. The first time I came to this office I was a walk in and I basically came at their closing time (I didn’t realize they closed at 3:30) and I had to pick up materials for a 24/hr cardiac output test and they were nothing but kind to me even though they should have probably asked me to come back the next business day. I greatly appreciate the staff here and truly hope management sees my review. These ladies deserve a raise!

I had a much better experience at this location than the one inTamarac. They are very professional fast and organized. I will return to this location, even though it is much further away from my home.

Laurette was amazing with my 10 year old daughter. My daughter began to get upset, and Laurette calmed her, reassured her, and was so loving and calm!!! We love you Laurette!!!

Wow! Hard to find a worse experience than this! Showed up 30 minutes early to my appointment. Checked in via kiosk. Sat in waiting area for 2 hours with nobody ever checking on the waiting area. Meanwhile, at least 25 people came and went, presumably frustrated. They finally brought me back and the woman could barely speak English! I think she was Jamaican or Haitian? But she then started trying to prep my arm WITH OLD GLOVES!!! No freaking way !! I stopped the price and left right then. Never again. This place is just terrible.
