“My wife and I were traveling through and needed to wash our clothes. Reading through the reviews here I was certain this would be the place for us. Everything that people are complimenting on for this business for is true. It was a holiday weekend when I arrived and the owners were busy getting the clothes washed and folded so their customers would have them, and believe me, there was a lot going on. I was not too sure of how the card system worked and the related operation of the machines (old guy, yeah) but Alex took the time when obviously very busy to walk me through the process. Thank you so much Alejandro! The machines are very efficient and I was very happy to wash and dry our clothes in around an hour. Travis Bothan was correct when he said in his review “If you are ever in the Boca Raton. Florida area. You will be wise to choose this laundry service.” I agree 100% with that!”
“Janezi and the rest of staff @ Addison cleaners are the BEST! Always friendly, respectful, helpful and beyond caring. Have been using this business for over 10 years and I’m constantly impressed with their kindness and utter professionalism. They truly care about their customers- the drop off/pick up process is smooth- and the reasonably priced items always come back perfectly pressed and ready for the next wear. Other than not being too friendly by most of the employees, the place is clean and well kept. The washes are affordable but the dryers are okay. You can't just add 5 or 10 minutes, you have to add another 30 minutes of it not dry ?
Update May 2024... Bathroom cleaned up better. Door still hard to open but the hot water?! I've been using Laundromats for 30 years and if they say the water is hot; I'm missing it. I like to do white towels and sheets in really hot water and it barely feels warm ?.
Been coming here since they opened and I like that it's clean mostly. the bathroom walls have dirt and stains that haven't been cleaned for a few weeks. Asked three employees to have someone adjust the right door because it's very hard to open for older people. You need two hands and then it slams back on you when you leave. Simple adjustment takes three minutes and pliers but still not done. Opening the door shouldn't be a workout especially when you're juggling things and kids. MAKE THE CHANGE PLEASE AND I WILL UPDATE TO 5 STARS THANKS”

Carlo the new owner advised me of an issue with my shirt where it would have been damaged by dry cleaning and that I should have it hand washed instead which costs less. This is how you treat your customers.”

“No frills, but convenient and efficient as a laundromat should be. Multiple sizes of washers so you only have to spend as much as you need if you have smaller loads of laundry. Dryers are all enormous, but as of this review they were only $1.25 per 30min cycle (vs $2.75- $6+ for a wash cycle, depending on washer size). They offer wash and fold, though I haven't used it. Plenty of baskets. Change machines are fantastic. If you put in a $10 bill, it will give you $5 in quarters and a $5 bill back, just in case you didn't want that many quarters. It's a little thing, but makes a big difference. Only the smallest size washer has restrictions on what items can go in, but I was able to wash all my pillows and queen size comforter. Some places don't allow you to wash pillows at all, so that is a HUGE plus for me. Machines work well. I did 3 loads of wash and 2 dry and was done an hour.”
“I had gone to a chain cleaner near my home who over charged me and did not even get the stains out of my dress! I then brought my dress here to cache cleaners and they saved my favorite dress! I have also had them replace a broken button on my jeans and they did a fabulous job. The lady who works in the front is super nice and takes pride in the work they do.”
