Not only did he secure financing for my buyer, he went above and beyond, making sure that the title company had what it needed and was working in a timely fashion, keeping me notified of updates and assisting both myself and the buyer through closing. Yes, he was present at the closing table, ensuring that everything closed smoothly and quickly. Hands down, Mr. Eisenberg is the epitome of an honest professional. Lee was wonderful. This is my second time working with him to buy a property, he even assisted me with very useful knowledge on the sale of my first property as well. He's very kind, knowledgeable and resourceful. He will work his butt off to find you the best loan deal that you could qualify for. Both times I worked with him my loan details were very complicated and stressful, but he made sure to clarify any doubts and made the whole process very smooth. I plan to reach out to him until he retires because more than a Lending expert, he has become a family friend. 100% would recommend.
