The worst customer service, couldn't find a sku for a T-shirt, rude and refused to sell ir give me their corporate number to file a complaint, do not go to this lids and deal with these idiots! They don't deserve even 1 star.

Store would not accept cash. Two random bros using their phones swiping peoples data. Sketchy vibes! This is The Town Center Mall here… you’re not allowed to be any less than classy. Chose hats, took the time… but after assessing my internal danger proximity meter as I neared my turn to ‘checkout’… felt safer to just put the hats down, slowly walk away and back out to a better happier area of the mall where all forms of payment are accepted and welcomed ? when y’all accept cash and are less overall sketch- you let daddy know & I’ll come buy stuff and re-review. Do better Lids. I know you can….Mr. Daddy believes in you Buy some real registers… you got this

Good selection of hats the staff was helpful as well. I noticed a lot of hats on sale they even had some for $9.

I don't understand how this store stays in business. The kid tells me (after being in the store for 5 minutes and being the only one in the store) that they're having a deal where if you buy one hat you'll get the second one half off but not on fitted hats. The hats there are already overpriced and you can't even give half off on the second one on fitted hats as well? Ended up getting the hat I wanted online at half the price they were selling it for. With all the horrible reviews from this location I don't even understand how they stay in business. Typical teenager who can't get off their phone while they're at work to acknowledge a customer.

It was 20 minutes before 8 o'clock and the manager had already closed the store for me. He said that the system was already off, we were 3 people and we could not buy the caps

Went to buy a hat and the employee was very disrespectful worst customer service experience I ever had didn't eve want to help fix the issue he just said I can't return or do anything about it I didn't leave the store would not recommend this store

I had the best experience here. I’ve never purchased anything from a Lids before, but last minute I needed some custom hats for a wedding and they nailed it! The people working there were super nice and got it done so quickly!!

I had the best experience here. I’ve never purchased anything from a Lids before, but last minute I needed some custom hats for a wedding and they nailed it! The people working there were super nice and got it done so quickly!!

Beautiful shopping center with most of the major retailers and small independent businesses. Spacious, clean and safe, with mall security personnel looking out for people without masks. Good selection as far as food options go with food court and higher quality restaurants to choose from.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. I've never been to a mall that is so beautiful and highly recommended but yet yet the dark energy and people with disgusting personality's makes you not even want to come here. The workers in most stores are complete snobs! If they don't think you have money by the way your dressed they will either pretend you don't exist +will pretend they can't hear you even if you look at them straight in the eyes, they with just walk away or if they respond when you ask for help, they will give you this biggest attitude. So if you want to be treated like s*** come here!

Went to a return a hat that I never wore, had the receipt and all tags on the hat. The ‘store manager’ would not accept my return because it was 31 days and the return policy is 30 days. Missed it by 1 day, so I went to the CORAL SPRINGS lids and they gave me the return :-) hehe
