I recently purchased a pair of sandals, I wore them once to an indoor bridal shower. I got blister on my heals. I immediately removed my shoes once the shower ended and I got into the car.
I went to the store, proof of blisters on my feet, original box and receipt. I was told because I wore them I can’t return, they gave me the corporate number and email. Same, can’t return, not even a store credit. Beware of the Carla Wedge sandals.

A month ago, I visited the Town Center Mall in Boca Raton, and a store employee kindly offered to order a dress for me because they didn't have my size in stock. However, it's been a month, and I still haven't received the dress, and no one seems to know why.About a week ago, my husband surprised me with the same dress, but in a different size. I realized that the dress was too big for me, so today, I went to the store to return it. To my surprise, I discovered that the dress was on sale for $99, yet I and my husband had paid $200 for it.When I approached the store worker to return the dress my husband had given me, she informed me that I couldn't return it because I didn't have some markers that were apparently given to my husband when he made the purchase.Feeling frustrated, I asked if they could at least do a price match since I hadn't received the dress I initially ordered, but they declined, stating that it had been more than a month since the purchase, which I found absurd given that I was still waiting for the dress.Finally, I inquired if they could check the status of my original dress order. Unfortunately, the store worker checked the system and informed me that there was no information available, suggesting that I call customer service on Monday for an update.This entire experience has been incredibly frustrating. The store's customer service has been unhelpful, and I'm currently 39 weeks pregnant, which makes this situation even more challenging. Tomorrow, I have to return to the store to bring the required markers just to be able to return one of the dresses.

Very disappointing. I brought some gifts with the tags and couldn't make an even exchange in another print. I have some nice gifts but they look like the same items so I wanted to exchange for different color schemes. The manager said that they have a new computer system and that they couldn't look up my purchases, and without a receipt, I could not do an even exchange. Very disappointing.

Called about an online orderproblem. Nit fruendly at all. And Delray store now charges for parking. They only carry tiny sizes in store so forced to buy online. Disappointed with use of Fedex--they need to switch to usps for faster service.

i ordered a dress online. It was delivered to the wrong location. ive been calling customer support every day for a month and no one answered. i send them multiple emails and oncourse they will not reply. its really frustrating because i spend $350 and they cant even answer the phone.

This store is well organized and designed. I love their displays. Lily's clothes seem to flatter all body types. Prices are high but the quality of workmanship seems to be there.

Worst customer service I have ever received. Went to exchange for a different size and told 2 separate transactions and could not use coupon. Told me return show up in email account in 10 minutes or so. They cut back on giving receipts. RUDE RUDE .I will never shop there again. A one is gratuitous. Zero would be what I would rate it but wanted you to see was rated

My family will never step foot into the Boca Raton Lilly again. Yesterday, my wife and daughter tried to return a Christmas gift that was for my 11 year old. (Pants and a top)The tags were still on everything but sadly we couldn’t find the gift receipt as it was probably thrown out during the Christmas clean up/celebration.My daughter wanted to receive a credit so she could buy a pair of shoes from YOUR store. Carol, the General Manager was not only rude to my wife and daughter, but then I went into the store and she began to GASLIGHT me in front of other shoppers and tell everyone in the store I was being abusive because I questioned the return policy. I never used foul language nor did I threaten or make derogatory comments towards any employees, including Carol. I simply spoke to her the way she spoke to my wife. All we wanted to do is get a credit towards more products. This isn’t the first time this has happened at this particular store either. For as much money as we spend in your stores and online, your return policies are absolutely subjective to who is working that day.At one point, Carol said she would take the clothes back if I would stop abusing her and leave the store. All in front of customers and employees. Interesting choice of words to use in today’s culture of wokeness.I left a message last night for the district manager although I wasn’t sure their name because Carol wouldn’t write it down, just the number.We buy clothes for our staff on a regular basis from you guys as we own two companies with 22 female employees. This will change effective immediately. When my 11 year old daughter says, “I don’t want anything from Lilly anymore” that should alarm your customer service skills. Know your audience.Weird, this only seems to be a problem at the Boca Store. I know this because my wife stops at a Lilly store in every city we visit.Jason

Employee named Barbara needs some action if ya know what I'm sayin' lol.She's severely uptight and judgemental.Honey, you're working retail for a living. Im judging YOU. I'm the one with the pocketbook giving you a job in the 1st place, you dont get to judge me. Plenty of other Lilly stores in the area. I'll go elsewhere. Don't think I didnt notice you snubbing my wife and acting like she was going to rip you off, while you were willingly helping the rich white coach leather bag with all the diamonds in the other dressing room.
