Came i got he store looking for a father day gift and was greeted with warmth and love. Samantha was very helpful trying to pick out a gift for my dad and was very knowledgeable about the products. I’ve gone into this store twice and both times was met with rude, condescending associates who laughed at requests I made (first was a room spray, second was a scent that had pine). I will not attempt to shop at this store again.

I'm a big fan of L'occitane en Provence. We stopped in at the Town Center branch today. I personally love their men's fragrances, especially their L'Occitan Eau De Toilette. It has amazingly long lasting lavender and cedar notes and can often be purchased for 20 to 40% off of the list price, if you catch a sale at the right time. They also have interesting limited edition fragrances that pop up from time to time. Eau de toilette aside, I am also a fan of their home fragrances. The perpetually hard to find (and possibly discontinued) Lavende is definitely the best, but the Clos de Verveine is also nice. I do have to say though, the quality of their home fragrances have definitely gone down over the last few years. The scents used to be very bold and came in an attractive glass bottle with a brushed silver cap. Now they're generic looking and the scents are much weaker than they used to be. They go for $34 bucks or more, so I expect better quality. They're still OK, but they definitely lost some of the allure along the way. All in all though, this L'Occitan is a fine shop. Great place for last minute gifts too, check it out if you haven't yet.
