This is probably my least preferred Lowe's in the South FL area. The pro desk carries the attitude of problem avoidance rather than problem solutions. They open at 7:00 while every other Lowe's in the area opens at 6:00. Over all of you are coming to this Lowe's you might as well go to Home Depot as the service here is no better.

Outstanding knowledgeable customer service. Doesn't matter what you are there for, from tiles to screws and anything else the customer service is top notch! Keep up the great work Lowes team!

These corporate geniuses rather then having someone pick up the phone I get a robot who keeps hearing the wrong thing. So I'll be going to Home Depot to get a pallet of mulch since I couldn't get an answer how much it was. Home Depot has it also but at least someone picks up.

The ABSOLUTE worst place to do business, the Assistant manager is rude and arrogant with a sorry too bad personality, snide remarks and uncaring personality! At every register and even the returns desk it clearly says No Recipt refunds given in store credit? Yet they won't let me refund a defective item to spend the money on another item? We're taking a $30.00 item? What a joke ? If you pay cash and lose your receipt your SOL, no exchange, no store credit, NOTHING WHATSOEVER!!! I will no longer do business here, recommend everyone else follow

Contractors beware if you are looking for a discount on material at this pro desk. They won't do anything extra for you! Home Depot in Boca takes better care. I see why that place is so busy.....We always shop lowes but I won't at this store anymore! Jon the head cashier should be running this store and maybe that will bring this store some hope! Especially reading others reviews.....He actually cares and greets the customer! He has more knowledge then management!!!! New training for workers here are needed!!!!

Ordered something online. The delivery date said a Wednesday (in two days). Nothing showed up. Called Lowes and they said that the ship date was only an estimate. There is NOTHING on their site saying that the ship date is an estimate; if I had known that, I never would have ordered. Also, received no info that it was coming from FedEd, and that it would be ONE WEEK later than what the website said. Called FedEx - guess what? They can't change the delivery unless the shipper changes it. Never should have wasted my time. Shame on Lowes for not saying the ship date is an estimate.

I would give it a zero but I can't.I wanted to rent a truck, there were some outside but we still got denied.customer service is not really they best when they denied me to rent the truck, I don't know if it was me but the way the worker talked to me was not in the best from and even though there were some trucks outside the worker said they didn't have any.When I say not in the best form meaning racist.

Lowe's comes through again!!!I was told Friday at 12:30 that I needed a new dryer. I went online and found the one I wanted. It was available from 3 local stores and Lowe's was by far the best choice. Not only would it be delivered and installed for free, but they could deliver the next day! Saturday morning I got an email confirming I was #14 on the truck and the delivery would be between 4 and 8. At 2:30 the driver called, he was running early. Alexys and Yunio delivered the dryer, set it up, tested it, and were in and out of my house in 10 minutes! Best service... couldn't be happier.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. My husband and I wanted to start a new hobby of planting veggies. We are beginners and we were looking for assistance. We asked 1 guy and he just said look at the front. We asked someone else and she said oh I don't know anything I'll call for someone. We went outside and the woman standing at the register was the absolute least helpful of all. We mentioned were beginners and looking to plant veggies on our balcony what do we need to purchase? She said just soil.... We're not that dumb... she got mad when we asked what else and walked away. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!!

Shopped here 4-5 times in the past week. While it wasn't as big and expansive the ones I'm used to in the northeast, we did find most of what we needed in stock, including a slightly unusual air conditioning filter size in stock!

We called the Boca store to replace Samsung washer and dryer but wanted to make sure they could use and install on current Samsung pedestals. (Same model number and color). Daina checked and said yes. We visited next morning and purchased Set, warranties, delivery and install to tune of 1800 bucks. Delivery was set for today a week later, and invoice clearly noted install to pedestals.Driver calls, on his way, but will not use current pedestals. We call store and manager and Pat said he would resolve and call back in 10 minutes. Almost two hours later and no call. Store Manager is In but won't pickup phone. Delivery never happened and incompetence is clearly in all their employees bag of trucks. Employee Daina will only offer she cannot remember who she spoke with to confirm it could be done before we came down.Lowe's Client Service is off shore and three hour wait. Chat feature will only help for new sales. Nobody cares and Memorial Day weekend. So guess where we sit now .... Laundry mat because Lowe's failed again !
