First time in this store and I absolutely loved it! Most importantly employee Vik was VERY knowledgeable of all products in the store. Which made my shopping experience much more enjoyable! I will definitely be back! =)

Absolutely love LUSH!! From the bath bombs to lip scrubs everything is amazing and great quality. The Lush employee named Vik was a sweetheart and was very informative about all of the different products. Will be coming back to shop at this store soon!

I just stopped in for some toner, but I was helped by Carleen/Carlene (I may be misremembering your name, apologies!) while I browsed. Perfect level of service, not overwhelming but still intent on showing what the store had to offer. I mentioned enjoying sweeter scents, and was given two samples of sweet/gourmand scented soaps with my purchases! ✨👍✨

My niece and I had such a great experience!!! We love the fragrances and hair conditioner. The associates, Vik, Tiny and Lemon were so kind, attentive and extremely knowledgeable of the various products!!! I will definitely be back soon!

I am a huge fan of Lush and shop in the Boca store often. A few of the products have become staples in my home. The people in the store are always friendly and helpful. The associate that greeted me today (Vic) was no exception. Vic was quick to show me some of the new product and helped me quickly locate the perfect gift. Highly recommend this store and the customer service is amazing

Best experience I’ve had at lush in a long time! Went into the store just to browse and maybe try a new product. Syd greeted me and asked if I needed help and guided me in the right direction. They asked about which scent combinations I used and gave me a few recommendations. I ended up buying a new shower gel and body lotion set that Syd picked out for me. They also offered samples of other things I was thinking about trying as well which I look forward to trying. They were very helpful and kind. I’m so grateful for all the help!

Me and my friend had a great experience here doing some holiday shopping. We were greeted by Vik, who proceeded to ask us questions about the people we were buying for, and then made incredibly accurate suggestions. It can be hard to find things for someone who likes jazzy influences of tobacco and leather, but the staff here is something special.
The store was calm and welcoming! It broke the tension that inherently comes with holiday shopping. I can't stress enough that starting off at Lush really set the tone for the rest of the day.
