Please don't shop from here I did a return from here over 3 months ago and I got my half refund back to the card since I did in 1 transaction half card and half cash purchase so when I went to do 1 return got the money back for that part after few days went to do another return I told the lady I want cash back without questioning she puts the return back to the card how can a cash return go back to the card. Common sense when I was making a purchase I asked will I get the money back just the way I paid when I was doing the return I have been trying to find where my return went it's been over 3 months and I am pretty much pissed 😡 don't know manager is nice trying to work with me but don't know what her head manager are doing and it's frustrating this is so inconvenient for a customer I pray that Mac cosmetics go out of business with not able to help their customers so sad please don't shop here and some ppl aren't so nice here that's why 1 star for them.

Artist Fab was fabulous lol. I went into MAC this morning just for concealer and bronzer. Fab sat me down to apply a few different products including some additional items like the priming serum, highlighter etc. She took the time to educate me on the whole process as its been awhile since i've worn a full face of makeup. I ended up buying several of items used and she reawakened my love for makeup again <3 thanks so much

I went into MAC yesterday to just replace my body sheer foundation that I use as I prefer a light foundation that does not make it obvious I'm wearing makeup. A lady named Fab was truly amazing. She showed me three different options and also took the time to show me how to look more well-kept. She was really patient with me. Appreciate your time. Thanks so much. Coming all the way from Dubai I truly appreciate her attention to detail.

The best of the best. Elysha is incredible. She made such a difference in my shopping experience. Showed my colors that really made me smile, brought out the best in my features. What an incredible sales experience! Knowledgeable. Amazing attitude. From New York too! Ah. Felt like home: I won’t shop anywhere else now. Store is impeccable, neat, tons of variety. Val as well, what a doll. Smiling. Cheerful. They both wore gorgeous makeup and it sold me on the products. Thank you! They should or be recognized for their excellence and dedication to MAC.

Poor customer service, very rude young woman and man working at the store more interested in chatting with each other. The man might be a manager since I've seen him there before. I won't be returning to shop at this Mac, customer service is nonexistent and luckily there are other Mac stores to enjoy. Their products are lacking sanitation and their service is lacking decent respect.

So welcoming... not!! Hello, customer service?? I went to this location over the weekend and all sales people were beside the check out counter chatting with each other...Oh so busy in the small (yet empty store) that they couldn't be bothered to greet or assist a customer that needed to purchase a few items? I had to ask for assistance. If I didn't need the makeup, I would have left! Don't bother coming here, they sell the same products at Macy's a few doors down... I was told after buying here...where I'm sure they are not bothered by having to to DO THEIR JOB! Management, how about some training in customer service? Much needed!!

I just want to say this is my MAC location of choice but todays visit has definitely topped the rest ! Today I was serviced by Ms.Val and she didn't leave any room for error ! The energy was everything. Her work is flawless honey I left with my face beat to the Gods . Answered all my Makeup concerns .She made me truly feel beautiful. If ever at this location ask for Ms. Val she is EVERYTHING!

I don’t wear a lot of make up, and on a whim, I walked into the Mac store, looking pretty disheveled. Cody was so professional and patient and nice to me. He’s a real gem I will definitely buy from having a future.
