I decided to stop using their services and stop paying the policy (assuming they would understand that meant I wanted to cancel) and when the 1st came around they decided to continue the policy for a month even though no payment renders the policy cancelled (lapse in payment) and they’re stating I still owe them $600 for that month and sent me to collections. I can assure you if I had had an accident they would’ve easily denied the claim because again, the policy lapsed.

Maria Vlasak was such a great agent when I needed to switch from my old long time insurance company who was raising 30% with no reason at all.
