Joseph & Sam at metro located on 441 provided me with Excellent service. Went above and beyond to provide features. They explained and answered questions. Excellent communication skills. Friendly and greeted me as soon as I entered the door. Kudos to the both of you. Thank you for your service. I'm happy with my purchase.

Went in to change an android phone for an Apple phone on my plan. Sam helped me, and he made the transaction quick and effortless. He was kind and knowledgeable. Was a great experience, when I was expecting the worst. Thank you sir!

Worst store everytime I go in to get new phone they add insurance or bundle after tell them not to I want my plan to stay the same. This is complete b.s.

Sam and the crew were amazing.. these three young men on Saturday morning really went out of their way to help me out in every way they can I was really really impressed and I will definitely be going back to that store from now on it's really good to see a crew like that going out of their way with customer satisfaction these days thanks a lot guys

Worse store ever with shady employers who place you kn the highest price plan despite requesting the cheapest plan for a child. They are unpleasant, unhelpful and just darn right rude! Avoid this place and go else where. This behaviour appears to be condoned by management based on the multiple complaints I am seeing.

I have been to several locations from Miami to Atlanta in last 10 plus years and it's hit or miss on customer service. Today Noel,
at the Boca Raton location, took care of every issue I needed and was professional and courteous. Definitely going to return to that location for all my phone needs. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Thanks Noel

DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS STORE!!!!!Please do not ever go to this store!!!! ZERO STARS They are shady and they slam your phone, change your plan and steal from you!! They add insurance to your plan and slam your phone by upgrading you without your knowledge. They should be closed down. Shame on Metro PCS and T Mobile for allowing this. They also overcharge you for accessories and refuse to give you receipts or the accessories. Go to a different carrier if possible. Many of their stores are no better but this is the worst one of all. THEY CHARGE YOU FOR ACCESSORIES AND DO NOT GIVE YOU THE ACCESSSORIES OR THE RECEIPT!! THEN THEY HIDE IN THE BACK AND REFUSE TO COME OUT. SHADY. THIEVES SHAME ON YOU METRO AND T MOBILE

Absolutely unacceptable!!! Absolutely no customer service whatsoever. I went in to this location hoping to switch over to metro. Not only did the boy not say hello,he clearly did not know what he was doing. He was rude and unhelpful. He told me to pay for the line change before he made any changes. I knew that was a mistake but allowed him to charge my card anyway. Then he tells me my phone is locked so I need to go unlock it. I told him he needs to give me a refund. He called his “manager” out and his manager told me he can’t help me and to leave the store. I told him to give me corporates number so I can get a refund since they clearly don’t know what they’re doing. The “manager” wrote down 8008metro8 on a paper and literally shoved me out of the store. I need corporate to contact me immediately because I will be filing a law suit. This location is disgusting. The front door of the store is shattered! It’s a completely unsafe building and clear that this location simply charges people’s hard earned money but provides no service hence why people have broken the door down and it’s clearly because of the incompetent children working here. There is no standard in this Sandalfoot bottom of the barrel location! I will never do business with metrics again because of this staff!

I was inconvenienced multiple times by this store due to lack of communication on their end. I was in no way compensated for my troubles because of their inconsistency, even though I have seen staff give away chargers, phone cases for example. I was very kind to them and understanding that mistakes happen but multiple times and with no remorse/apology is wrong.
