This Michaels sells expired Diet Coke and other soft drinks. They do not allow any refunds for their own mistake of restocking these items…. horrible customer service.

It’s a great store.. the downfall though is the employees at check out are on top of you while scanning the items and talking. It’s not a comfortable feeling as it seems they watching as if your going to steal something. So they need to do away with self check out. It’s even a bit harassing .Cause if your gonna stay that close then they should just ring up the sale.. or just have the ticket checked at the door..

Great, helpful customer service from the only 2 people that seemed to be working that day. But watch out giving them your email address and getting on the Michael's app. Corporate will EMAIL THE SH×× out of you about 2Xs per day!! And, on the app, they don't give you options to change preferences about how many notifications you want. WAY TOO AGGRESSIVE in the marketing department!! Chill out you guys! 😝 Prices are okay. Store is clean, the bathroom could use a little TLC but it's okay. Otherwise, a nice experience.

Erika, the cashier, was very patient and helpful. I went there to drop off items for UPS. She asked for assistance from Jennie. I think Jennie needs more training as Erika ended doing the work instead of getting help. Just by looking at their body language you can tell she works with enthusiasm and takes pride in her work. Although, she asked for help, as soon as she finished with her customer, she glanced at me and Jennie . Noticing that Jennie was still staring at her machine, she approached us and took over.
