I have been renting with them for over 4 months and I get a nice letter today saying they are increasing rate. That 2 month 50% promotional value is garbage when they raise the rent and charge proration. I called Leo from “management “ and was just a very distasteful conversation. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my enemies

If anybody is looking for a mini storage unit, this is a place to come. They’re amazing in the front they help out with everything. It’s nice and clean and very happy five star Mission Bay self storage in West Boca.

Leo at the front desk was super helpful considering the situation I was in because of a landlord who unlawfully put my things in a storage unit. He helped me get a unit that was temperature controlled to preserve my paintings from the heat. I highly recommend this storage facility and ask for Leo!
