I work down the street and typically I'll come here to grab my monster energy drinks. When one person works I get charged the amount on the sticker + taxes Buisness as usual with them.Other days I'll see this other dude working the counter, And I consistently get charged more than i normally do.My coworkers have all experienced this as well. We talked about who was working when it happened, it's consistent we describe the same dude who charges us more than normal

Filled up my scooter with 1 gallon and they charged my Amex $175!!! Spoke to the employee and he was extremely rude did not apologize or care at all. VERY SHADY. PUMP 4! Beware.

Just got off a 9 hour shift and I went there to get some juice. Sat down to wait for my Lyft driver and the rude employee is running outside to tell me there's no trespassing. He should be that fast to serve customers instead of them having to bang on the window to wake him up. Don't go there.

My brother put $40 of gas in his car and was charged $91. He tried to talk to the guy working inside and he completely ignored him after telling him basically, "oh, well. Not my problem. Whatever you were charged, that's what it is. " and shooed him away with his hand. Extremely unprofessional, learn how to run a business without stealing money.Also tried to call this "man" and ask him about the charge and he yelled and said I need to stop talking and listen to him and that my brother can deal with the bank because it's not his problem since he paid outside and not at the register. And then proceeded to hang up. I understand this is a gas station and customer service isn't top priority but learn how to talk to people and be professional. Well I guess that's why he's a middle aged "man" working at a gas station ?♀️

I have only used the service center here a few times and they do great work and very reasonable. They helped fix my Mercedes which was double at the dealership and did it quicker.

Horrible customer service. Always smells like animals inside the store part. I just bought a drink there and there was mold in my drink.... I told the guy I wanted my money back and he told me no to pick something else but once I started taking pictures of the moldy drink and asking for the number of his manager he told me to come back in the morning if I wanted my money back but it’s 4 o clock pm so i dont know why I would have to come the next morning for a couple bucks. He then told me “well it’s only $1.55” like if it made a difference in the amount it was. I paid for a moldy drink that I didn’t want and had to argue with him in order to get my money back. Call me cheap but i DONT care if it was 1 cent, that’s my 1 cent!
