I drove to the store, from Hobe Sound, to purchase a ballpoint pen as a gift for my son. We checked their website to get their store hours and the site said they were open, BUT when we arrived there was a closed for inventory sign on the door. The 4 or 5 people working avoided looking up as we stood at the door, reading the sign. We called the store and were told they, "Might open around 6PM." In the past couple years I've purchased at least three pens and a lot of refills from them and those will be the last! We looked for other Mont Blanc dealers in the area and found ALTIER Jewelers in downtown Boca where we were greeted by one of the owners and shown the Mont Blanc display. I told him exactly what I wanted and he realized that I knew the product and, as we discussed it, I bought another, for myself. The store and staff were/are GREAT. The store really is a family business and the family is COOL! So, I guess I should thank the Mont Blanc folks, they lost two sales and two customers BUT they caused us to find a great store where we'll be doing business for a long time.

It's always a pleasure to shop at the Boca Raton boutique. Erika the manager is friendly and always ready to assist me with all my Montblanc needs. She is also supported by a great staff. Won't shop from anywhere else.

Very unprofessional staff. Fighting over customers ..RUDE associates! No change. Not acceptable for 1000+ pens right before Christmas. Will only order online from now on. Grow up ladies ?

Horrible experience. Went in ready for a purchase — new associate was super friendly, and then an older, very rude salesperson with serious attitude said “don’t talk to her, she’s new — talk with me.”She shouldn’t be working in retail. Feel bad for the new associate who got pushed out of the way — no one else in the store seemed to care.Won’t return.

I needed a refill for my Skywalker ultra blackRollerball Pen. They had fine and medium.It was nice to have the selection.I choose the medium, the service was fast super friendly and they asked if I had any other Montblanc pens I said yes, then they welcomed me back into the store and explained hours of operations.Thank you.Kevin Patrick Ryan

Visited the store to purchase a red #163 leather diary and a Pix Pen. After waiting a few minutes for help, a lady comes from the back, still chewing her food and when I ask her to see the Pix pen she says they’re not allowed to carry it in store because it’s the least expensive item. And I said okay, she says the least expensive pen we have it’s $435 when I’ve never even asked for price or anything. I said, I don’t care about the price, I like the Pix pen because it’s more feminine and smaller to carry it around with the diary. And she said well you can order online. Yes, which I was going to do in the first place because the customer experience in retail these days is terrible. This is another example. Will be only purchasing online from now on, and please Montblanc train your sales representatives, because this type of treatment is not up to par with the brand.

BEWARE!!! NO RETURNS AND THEY DO NOT TELL YOU ABOUT IT!! Buy online right from Mont Blanc and you get 20 days to return if you don't like the item. THE BOUTIQUES DON'T ACTUALLY DEAL WITH MONT BLANC!!

Bought a Mont Blanc pen for my daughter to congratulate her on her recent work achievements. Sabrina at the Montblanc Store in Boca Town Center Mall was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable helping me with my purchase. She was especially patient with my indecisiveness on rollerball or ballpoint. Thanks to Sabrina I was very happy with my experience.
