I was a customer of this salon for 3 years. Paul the owner always did a great job on my nails. On a bi-weekly bases I showed up on time, I never cancelled, I treated the staff and owners with respect and understanding. I never complained if they were running late or in a bind because my regular nail tech wasn’t available and they had to put me with someone else. However, don't ever get in a bind if a nail breaks, cracks or needs the slightest correction, because Paul the owner turns rude, disrespectful, and will not under any circumstances try and accommodate you in anyway. I will miss the nail techs that work for him Delilah, Lilly and Diahna because they are true professionals. I will not be returning to this salon and will not recommend them to anyone. If you cannot be loyal, respectful and supportive to your steady, dedicated customers when they get in a bind for a special event, it doesn't matter how good you are.

My nails were a mess after 1 week at another place. The technician over drilled my nails, they were very thin and peeling but Paul took very good care of me. I’m very very happy and recommend this place

Paul, thank you so much for removing my dip incorrectly done by another salon & adding new dip !! The result is absolutely beautiful & thank you for explaining how dip is supposed to properly be applied/removed. I appreciate that you truly care about the quality of your work & ensure your customers are satisfied with the result.

Great personalized service. I felt heard, not just a person sitting in a seat. I got a mani and pedi - my hands and feet look amazing. I'll be back for sure!

Horrible costumer service. I schedule my appointment for noon and when I walked in the wouldn't do my nails saying my appointment was at 10. Horribly rude and awful treatment for a customer. Do not go here.

This salon is by FAR the best in Palm Beach. All services are top notch here, whether you're looking for NexGen, gel, manicure, pedicure, every single service they offer is done with the highest attention to detail. I've been a continued client for nearly 7 years and I never plan on going anywhere else! Paul and Vyna truly know how to take care of their clients, new and regular. The location is perfect, parking is easy, the salon is always super clean and tidy, plus they just replaced all equipment, it really is such a high-end vibe and experience. I highly, highly, highly recommend stopping by!!!!

I have tried so many salons in Florida and so many bad manicures/pedicures. This salon was by far the best I have found. Easy parking, friendly meticulous staff, clean establishment. What else could you ask for? Great experience I will definitely be back, so happy to have found this establishment.

This review is for the business practices of the owner (Paul). I came here several times, and each time he became more and more rude to me. I'm not sure if it's because he likes to talk/joke with customers, and I prefer to relax and listen to a podcast while getting nails done. Maybe he took that personally? After getting stuck at a broken railroad crossing on the way to an appointment, he started calling me passive aggressively before following appointments, leaving me rude voicemails, being overtly aggressive to me in person, and even raising his voice at me. The final straw was HIM (Paul) messing up the date/time of my appointment, blaming it on me, and chewing me out on the phone. I'm not sure what I did to offend him, but I truly don't deserve this kind of mistreatment as a regular customer that is polite and tips over 20% on services. I regret ever coming to this salon. Having your nails done is supposed to be a relaxing experience, and no manicure is worth the stress of dealing with this man who clearly has serious personal issues outside the salon and an extremely poor management style. Unbelievably unprofessional experience. I have found a different salon where staff are actually nice and have GOOD VIBES. Avoid at ALL COSTS!! By far the the worst salon I have ever been to in my life and the WORST in Palm Beach County.

I have been coming here for a couple of years now, every 2-3 weeks. Delilah does my nails and I am so happy I found her! Not only do I love the quality of her work, she is also so pleasant to chat with. Her sister Lily works there as well and she's just as excellent, and I have gone to her on occasions when Delilah wasn't available. The whole atmosphere at the salon is great. Nice massage chairs, easy conversations. Husband and wife owners are so pleasant and welcoming.

Exceptional service at a reasonable price. I showed up needing a mail makeover from a bad experience at a different salon and was made to feel at home right away by Delilah who helped me with my nails and patiently helped me pick my color. We opted for the chrome look, which I love. Paul did my hands and fixed my nails beautifully into an almond shape. I’m not going anywhere else.
