I have had two opportunities to use Nation Safe Drivers (NSD) for roadside assistance. Both experiences were unacceptable.
The most recent time, my daughter had a flat tire and needed the spare put on. She called NSD at 9am and was told that they could not find a service provider. She received several text messages over the next few hours saying NSD was looking for a service provider. I got impatient about 11am and called a local towing company who sent someone out in 40 minutes. Finally at 1pm, NSD said they located a service provider. Four hours to send out help is too long and unacceptable.
The first time, I called Nation Safe Drivers for a dead battery. They could not locate my policy number and were unable to help.

Make sure you make a windshield claim before 15 days or this company will deny your claim. The sales person at the car dealership won’t usually explain this to you but it’s in the fine print. Kinda a scam and not cool in my opinion!

Worst company to ever do work for. Used to be a roadside provider til they suspended my account for absolutely no reason other than bc i requested additional oay due to their own errors upon sending me out to help a customer. Try to help others by out and you get screwed over everytime by the big rich corporations. Your a horrible business who cares about profit over your customers and contractors safety. Anything to line your pockets. $ > safety = bad business practices
Highly recommended people use other motor clubs over these clowns

Don’t use this company . Truck was totaled out made me send in multiple documents all payments statements everything , now they aren’t covering my gap coverage . Paid for them with the loan I took out in my truck and opted for gap insurance since it’s the smart thing to do . Safe to say I’m going to be suing this company . My own insurance paid me out and they can’t what a joke .

This is the worst company to do business with. Apparently they outsource their dispatch department. On several occasions I have attempted to give them a chance and continue to do business with them and each time I'm disappointed.Client relations department is a joke very unprofessional. No one knows what's going on. A supervisor is never there. Marla promised to email our company copies of invoices we never received and she left for the day without completing the task. Joselyn one of the representatives thought the situation was funny and laughed the entire time. Receiving a refund because they make sure they charge you prior to finding a tow truck is impossible. Again no one speaks much English. You are disconnected by accident or hung up on. DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED

If I could give 0 stars I would agents can't comprehend coordinates all the agents are from a call center in india so you can't understand half of them and did everything I. Their power to try to nullify my coverage before sending a tow horrible I will now start asking who my provider goes thru for tows as well as whether that service has a direct line or if they outsource to a country with no knowledge of our own transit systems

I bought a policy with Direct Auto and they use this company as a third party protection agency. I paid every month for over 2 years for their total protection plan which included rental reimbursement. In June 2024, I had an accident (my first ever) where my car had to be repaired and I had to rent a car. I submitted all the proper paperwork which I received from Direct Auto and they refused to reimburse me (over $200) saying that I was not covered. I have been going back and forth with them since June, this is now October. I so much as had the agent from direct auto call and speak with them and they still refused. Due to their refusal of reimbursement I had to cancel my policy with direct auto. If you have an insurance company that uses them, DO NOT purchase it because this company does not like to pay out.
