Been using this location for years, Chris the manager has been great to work with. Last Thursday bringing back a rental, forgot my Sunpass transponder in car, Chris made sure I had it 1st thing next morning. Great customer service.

Made rental reservation for 5pm and arrived and location was already closed. Why have a reservation time for 5pm if you close right at 5pm?

Walked in today without a reservation after my reservation with another company was denied. The young lady working today was very understanding of my situation, and extremely helpful in helping me to get a car I so desperately needed. I had a very pleasant experience, and happy I decided to walk into this business today. Thanks again for all of your help!

I would like to thank Rachel Rende (Branch manager) and staff for assisting my parents with there vehicle , they didn't pick the vehicle up at that location but she was very accommodating in helping them with an issue with there contract .Excellent customer service from this branch and thanks again from my parents and myself.Keep up the great service.

National sent me to this branch to exchange vehicles and branch manager tells me they don’t have any vehicles and wasn’t helpful in giving me a solution or having an attitude to help.

National Executive Elite customer that spent over $4k at this Boca location from Nov 16 through March. I went to rent for another month May 3 - June 3 while I look to lease a car permanently (recently relocated from New York). New Manager in place is named Eddie. An absolutely unbelievable experienced occurred. 1st, the price showing up on the National app is not matching the price on the computer at the branch. I tell Eddie not to worry about it. Out of curiosity, I ask him how he's handling this because obviously I'm not the only one. He says, "I tell them either pay the higher price or leave." With that I ask him, "were you trained by National, Alamo, Enterprise or elsewhere because I have never heard of anything so crazy and that's not exactly the best response" - and that I managed a customer service team which is true. With that he tells me to get "out of my office, I'm not renting you a car today." I'd get into more details but long story short I had to take a $30+ dollar Uber back to Atlantis and could not get my baby's car seat out of the car. As he suggested (go rent from the airport), I had to Uber to West Palm Beach and rent from there and then drive back down to Boca to get my 2yr olds carseat. Yep, executive elite and I spent 4k at this branch! Unbelievable. And, you would think I raised my voice which I did not. What I can tell you is that when I went back the next day to get my car seat he was equally as rude telling me to "get out of my office". With that I finally told him to f-ck off and that he is a local branch manager not the CEO. In my 25 years as a loyal National customer I have never interfaced with someone like this. People like Eddie should not be working for National (technically he should not be working in service at all). P.S. I let corporate and customer service know about my crazy experience and not one person has called. After 25 years, I think it's time to move on from the brand.

Terrible service. Recommend to avoid this place if possible. I wasn't the only unhappy customer on the day. Looks like they accept all the reservations without thinking how they are going to fullfill those

I wish I could place a no-star review here. This place left my daughter stranded at their facility for hours without a vehicle which was reserved 3 weeks prior to her arrival. The only response was that they were very sorry but didn't have vehicles available. What is the point in reserving a Premier Vehicle, showing up to find absolutely no vehicles available and then having to drive away in a vehicle similar to a compact, mini-car? In addition, after speaking with management, we were told that a supervisor would contact us. 3 days later, no response. Call again? Don't bother. Apparently there is not a single supervisor available to address these concerns. A failing company with a failing model. STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!!

Worst location to rent from car was dirty, smelly and just unacceptable. The employees just tell you that's all they have take it or leave it. Will NEVER rent from this location again.

Always great service whenever I rent a vehicle from this location. John was very helpful in getting us a vehicle when several other rental locations let us down.

I scheduled a car from this location over two weeks in advance, with a scheduled pick up of Dec 22. Two hours before my scheduled pick up, I received a call from National letting me know that due to storms up north the previous week, they had many trips down cancelled resulting in no cars to fulfill my reservation. I was then told on Dec 23 that I was next on the waiting list at 9AM and 2 cars were scheduled to arrive by 10:30am. This 'You're first on the waitlist' narrative continued every time I called over the next 2 days, yet I never received a car. I finally was able to pick up a car 4 days after my initial reservation - completely missing Christmas and left stranded away from family.If the storms caused that many trips to be cancelled the week before, why was the company not proactive about bringing more cars in? Additionally, if this happened the week prior, why was I notified 2 hours before my schedule pick up, at which point every car rental place was sold out given the holiday.No apology, no discount, and ultimately paid 2x the original quote due to the new pick up time. Insane. Will not be using this company again.
