Avoid weekends. They have a DJ with speakers on both floors. It is loud thumping club music. Guess they are looking to change their clientele. Mission accomplished. Staff was even complaining.

Tried buying a car seat- the lady selling them advised against the one I wanted, stating claims that turned out to be wrong.
Went to get it online hours later: sold out. Store has one in stock but won’t price match online.
Real bummer of a store, especially for Nordstrom Influencers.

Welcome to Nordstrom – where you can find the latest trends, timeless classics, and a solid cardio workout while looking for someone to unlock the fitting room.
The store looks like a fashion museum curated by angels, but with price tags that whisper, “You sure you want to do this?” And yes, I did. I now own a shirt that costs more than my electric bill.
Customer service? Oh, they exist... somewhere. Like stylish unicorns, they appear when you least expect them – or right as you're giving up and walking away.
Three stars because everything looks stunning, but finding help feels like a side quest in a luxury video game. Still, if you love designer therapy with a sprinkle of retail confusion, Nordstrom’s your spot.

Love shopping at this store , on my way out i saw a SIGN at their EBAR that said grilled cheese and tomato bisk I decided to try it since I was hungry . It was delicious I'm looking forward to eating there every time I come to mall . I would have totally missed it had u not posted a sign on the way in/out of thr store . Great marketing

I’ve always loved Nordstrom. My husband and I like to shop here for some clothing for him. Larry is always so helpful and kind to us while we shop. My husband is 26 and very slim so we often have to order him smalls because they often don’t have his size.

All Nordstroms are pretty much the same, but I keep coming to this location to buy shoes because of Gaby. Very helpful and knowledgeable costumer service. Thank you Gaby.

If you’re looking for a fragrance…Met the most knowledgeable perfumist here today by the name of Maximus (yes, like the legendary Maximus Decimus Meridius played by Russel Crowe in incredible motion movie The Gladiator, released in 2000). He knew exactly how to pinpoint what you were looking for, for what type of occasion to match the scent/product to, all the different chemical and ingredient differences for each of the various cologne manufacturer/brands. All high-end, but he also had a lot of affordable options as well he knew just as much about. That’s what made him stand out in me and my friend’s mind and created a great first impression.
He was truly incredible! Appreciate you, Maximus! (Maximus S. Listed on my receipt) We will definitely be back because of you.

This is a very clean Nordstrom rack with a lot of things from which to choose. The staff tries to keep putting everything back on the racks and keep everything in order. If you are trying to find something a year old from Nordstrom, then this is the place to look.
