I had such a great experience at the store thanks to T! He was extremely helpful, friendly, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. He greeted me with a smile and kept that positive energy the whole time. He truly went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I was looking for, and he didn’t give up until I was satisfied. It’s rare to come across someone so genuinely kind and dedicated to helping customers. Thank you, T, for making my visit so smooth and pleasant,you really made my day!

This store is awful, an absolute mess with clothes and shoes everywhere and all the merchandise is gaudy and ugly. Store is being rearranged almost weekly so even the employees have no clue of where anything is. Service is slow but not because of the employees because of the horrible managers who verbally abuse them in front of your face and then manage to turn around and give you attitude as if you’re not a paying customer. Store is clearly understaffed at all times. The bald manager is the worst, none of the managers are friendly nor helpful, watched the managers ignore a long line to stock the line that did not need stocking. I honestly feel bad for the employees who have to suck up and work at this god awful store, the Delray location is much nicer and employees seem like they’re happy to work there. Definitely won’t be coming back.

Tried to return merchandise that was too small and was missing a few tags so they refused to refund the full amount. I would be okay with that but staff was incredibly rude. I won't bother spending another minute in this store so if anyone wants a $139 gift card hit my line
