This Rack Room had a great selection for men's wide shoes which was my goal. Very happy with what I found and purchased four pairs for my family. Good customer service... recommended specifically for this shopping option.

The store was organized and everything was in the right spot, a cashier named Jordan was so helpful with ensuring I understood the deals they offered and how to better understand the deals. He was patient with me going back and forth between which shoes to get and helped me find the best deals! He didn’t seem annoyed by my constant changing of mind and was very accommodating!

Do not buy shoes on line. If they do not fit, they cannot not be returned to a nearby store. They must to shipped to a RETURN PROCESSING CENTER and you have to pay for shipping. Terrible customer service. I spent $26 to return $70 shoes. I ordered my size but they do not fit. Buy from Amazon where shipping for returns is free.

Me and my wife had such an enjoyable experience shopping for shoes today. We want to especially thank Myrah J. For her help and patience as she was an absolute delight to work with . The store was also clean and in exceptional shape as we have come to expect to be . We will definitely be shopping there in the future as well :)

None of the name brands qualify for the bogo and unfortunately the employees didn't know the specifics about the brands so I ended up wasting a bunch of time and just paying full price to get out of there. I will not shop here again.

Poor service. Staff doesn't say hi or acknowledge your presence and it's not easy to find somebody if you need assistance.

I walked in and everyone was huddled together and I got dirty stares from the employees. I asked a question and she said she would be right back and 10 minutes passed and they were huddled together again.store was messed up while they were doing nothing. I used the bathroom during my vist and 2 of the 3 bathrooms were clogged. Terrible Service makes me want to cry.

I love the selection of all kind of shoes and the BOGO. What I don't like is the change in the ability to use my military discount. Before, I could use it every day, now they changed it to Military Discount on Tuesdays only. Sure, my husband and I were in Afghanistan for years but only Tuesday counts. They advertise that they honor our Military but apparently one day per week is enough. Shame on them. Will buy my shoes elsewhere from now on.
