I bought a battery November 2024 for my Audi at O'Reilly's Auto Parts on Dixie and Spanish River in Boca Raton. While my son had my car in December of 2025, the battery went dead. Instead of calling me to ask where I got the battery and if it was covered under warranty, he thought he was doing me a favor and purchased a new battery from a different auto parts store. When I became aware of this several days later, I assumed it was too late and decided to just write it off and forget about it. On a whim, I decided to call O'Reilly and ask if there were and options because this battery still had 3 years left on the warranty. I spoke with Lisa the store manager. I told her my story, and while she agreed it was unfortunate, there wasn't much she could do. Then she said let me just call my boss to make sure. when she called me back I could not beleive what she had to say. She said to bring the battery (the O'Reilly battery) back along with a receipt showing that I purcahased a new battery from the other auto parts store and she would give me a full refund. I immediately brought the other battery back and she issued me a $303.00 refund for the battery I just purchased. I have to say that I owned a business for 40 years before retiring a few years back, and as an owner sometimes you make decisions like this one as a matter of policy. It would have been very easy to say sorry, but you should have brought the bad battery back to us and we would have issued a warranty replacement etc. O'Reilly has made a new customer for life. I encourage everyone to buy their auto parts from this vendor. Great customer service is not always easy to find, but at O'Reilly's you won't have to look for it. It will find you!

This location is Great, I walk in with a battery which was giving me a issue and man let me tell you Lisa Lamoureux was the Store Manager drop what she had going and help me and also one other guy with easy and handle my situation with No hesitation Thank You for that because I was In & Out with no Problem.

Last night i got there 8:45pm he took 10 minutes to find my gasket for my truck when i went to go pay he said he dont take cash because they already cleared out the cash register and only accept cards only. Why would they close out the cash register prior to 8:45 to save 10-15 minutes to leave earlier . That is bad business! Took my business else were !

Phillip was great in here. Although they didn't have all my parts he found a store without me even asking which did! He was a pleasure speaking with - and may every store owner learn that seniors have the experience to put every customer at ease!

Do not go here, you will have a better chance of getting help from a wall. All I needed was a simple diagnostic on my engine to see if I truly need a battery or if something was causing it to drain. Apparently rain affects them from doing that. So they might as well pack up shop and leave cause welcome to South Florida. Go to AutoZone or somewhere.

Was out of town and Needed a battery, was told they couldn't put it in my truck. Was let down with them not helping me. When the other store by home goes out of they way to help you.

Recently I had an issue with a battery exchange over an O'Reilly store by my house. As I was purchasing some parts for my job, I asked Lisa, the Boca Raton store manager how to go about this issue that happened at davie store, the older salesman was resisting to exchange my battery that was still in warranty.
Lisa was extremely helpful, professional, and resourceful.
Upper management please duplicate Lisa's professionalism, attentiveness, resourceful and spread to all your stores management.

Will not honor the prices of items that are labeled on the shelf. Claims it is mislabelled and they haven't updated the prices yet. Woman working up front even admitted that she won't change the price to match what is on the shelf because the manager said 20% off is the highest discount they can do so that the employees can reach their monthly sales goal and collect commission/bonus. Be careful going here and grabbing an item you think is much cheaper than what it rings up as, because they will not change the price even after checking the shelf and acknowledging their mistakes. Not to mention the manager here is an absolute disrespectful liar who would rather keep horrible employees than resolve issues.
