My kids like this store but don't always find things here to take home. Nothing really worked out today but we did try on some jeans. I wish we had because it was buy one and get the 2nd one 50% off. But nothing today. They definitely had some cute tops, jewelry and other items - but I think it depends on what age you are. So the employees were very helpful but you can only work with what merchandise you have!

I purchased the outfit from this location and the gentleman at the counter forget to take off my buzzer. He was too busy flirting with that on the under age white girls. I didn’t get to where my outfit that night because of the buzzers so I returned to the store a few days later to get the buzzer, took off but first, I had to walk through Macy’s as the buzzers was going off in complete embarrassment. The girl at the counter took my buzzers off and gave me back my bag, but then she asked do I have a receipt confused because she already took the buses off I said no I do not, but I did then I turned around and gave her the receipt. I usually would return the items because I felt like she thought I stole it, but I really needed that outfit. They watch the Black people very close when they come in as they should because Black people steal too but they don’t do that to the white people and they are the ones cleaning them out!

I’ve been coming to this location for many years and the majority of there employees ALWAYS seems racist and stand offish to blacks! Yes I hate to play the racist card but it’s obviously true. Today from the time I walked in I wasn’t greeted I purposely stood to the front of the store looking at clothes watching the employee’s greet the caucasian ppl and still not once said a word to me I even watch them ask their customers if they needed help finding sizes. Down the associates working the fitting rooms… again asked every caucasian person leaving DID EVERYTHING FIT FINE and NOT MY BLK KIDAnd yes I still choose to come purchase things for my kids from this store simply bc they have nice clothing and that’s the only reason I even gave the one star!! It’s sad bc no matter what everyone should be greet and treated fairly but that’s the world we live in!! I also goes to the Aventura location often and their employees there are more welcoming it’s Boca and has always been BOCA… a store full of snobby racist employees!And BTW the ONLY decent humane employee currently working at the Boca location is a young lady named Michelle very nice attentive and helping shes the only employee there with a great spirit amongst her… she deserves a raise and or a promotion bc we need more ppl that comes to work to work and fully delivered their job description!!!!

If I could give less stars I would. The girls that work at this location are rude, dismissive and condescending. Do yourself a favor and go to another location.

Merchandise was decent but the customer service was god awful. I recommend getting some new employees.

Natalie was so helpful!! She helped us find exactly what we needed and what we were looking for. We had an awesome experience at Pacsun, would definitely go back!

omg i love pacsun so much! if you are a young girl or boy, you should buy some clothes here. Their clothes right now is so trendy. The clothes are so cute no cap. This is one of my favorite stores! <3

DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THEIR LOYALTY PROGRAM... ITS A SCAM!!!!!!I recently went to PacSun to buy a couple of things. As I am about to check out the cashier asked me if I would like to be apart of their Loyalty Program, I immediately say no, because after you sign up for any store program they send tons of emails and I hate that. The cashier assured me that I would not be bombarded with mass emails and I would instantaneously get $5 off, so I said ok. He then signs me up for the program and prompts to tell me there was an error while signing me up, he said the transactions did not go through so we have to do it again. I asked why didn't it go through and he said "there is an issue signing up new customers for the Loyalty Program and transactions aren't going through on our end." I immediately open my bank app and see that the transaction has gone through and I show the cashier. He sees the transaction deduction from my bank account and still continues to tell me it didn't go through on their in. It's clear as day on my bank app that I was charged and he prompted to tell me that there is nothing they can do and that this has been the issue signing up all new Loyalty Program customers. Another PacSun employee jumps in to tell me the same thing and says if I want the items I have to purchase them AGAIN and he will give me 10% off. I'm very frustrated at this point because I'm getting charged twice for 1 transaction all because of a so called "Loyalty Program" that clearly doesn't work in favor of the consumer and more so for the Corporation by charging customers twice for the same transaction. I don't understand why PACSUN EMPLOYEES know that signing up a new customer for the Loyalty Program is a grave issue, but will continue to lure a new customer into the Loyalty Program when you as an employee of PACSUN know that the customer will have immediate disloyalty from the store and get charged twice for SAME transaction. No one wants to deal with double charges on their account from 1 transaction, its annoying and a headache to get your money back from a mistake provided by a company (PACSUN).PS, I was never issued a LOYALTY PROGRAM email and I never got a receipt in person or via email for the 1st transaction purchase.NEVER AGAIN!!!!

I had an online return and they didn't want to refund my money back to my card, because I didn't bring a physical receipt, when I showed million times that I had the order number and my email receipt. The girl that was "helping me" told me that for some reason couldn't put the money back on my card, but in a store credit. I asked if she could call guest services and said no, that I have to, because guest services and online transactions are too complicated.... Such a bad customer service ... Guest services told me that at the store, they were able to do my online return with all the info I gave it to them... honestly what a mess...

My son just attempted to buy a shirt at this location only to be told they don't accept CASH. I spoke with the young, patronizing store manager who explained that this is Pac Sun's policy due to Covid. Apparently Pac Sun is unaware of the many businesses struggling in the current environment who would be very grateful to have our business right now and will. Here are some ideas for you if you are so afraid of touching a $50 bill, Pac Sun: 1. GLOVES 2. HAND SANITIZER 3. SOAP AND WATER You people at corporate are really brilliant. Best of luck surviving the next quarter.

The store today closed 10 mins early and I came from a long drive to return something so I asked to speak to a manager and the lady came back Telling me that her assistant manager quit on her today so her DM allowed her to close 10 minutes early which while she was explaining this to me she was giving me an attitude as if it’s my fault and that I should take the L for driving all the way out there to return something and then tried coming at me to say that I’m giving her an attitude when she walked up to me with an attitude already and then I asked the guy with the managers name was and he said he can’t tell me that. Very unprofessional now I see why the assistant manager would quit on her. Very unethical here and clearly don’t know that when a customer asks for the name to complain to cooperate they’re supposed to give it to yhem

Unprofessional management. Was hired a few weeks ago and when asked my schedule I said I would be away for Black Friday and could not work. I then didn’t hear from the company or manager for two weeks about when to come in, even after sending numerous emails and calls . Then on Black Friday I recieved a text to come in and start that day, which I kindly responded that I had sent emails and texts that were not replied to prior . My text was then ignored and haven’t heard from them since . Super disappointed in this company.
