I go every weekend and its always clean and the staff is always so nice occasionally some machines are broken but that is understandable and my kids love the claw machines and always get a gumball from the machine. My kids actually look forward to doing laundry every week with me there.

I do my laundry here every time. Washers are big and decently priced. Inside is always clean and smells nice and AC on cold. Bathroom is always cleaned and stocked. Huge parking lot. Plenty of washers and dryers.

Very clean , nice machines , nice people. You buy a laundry card for $1 and add money to it .6.99 for a regular wash and 25 cents for 7 min dry . Very nice area and atmosphere.

Terrible experience where they tried to double the cost to wash a rug and then the idiot-girl behind the counter felt it acceptable to take my phone and start looking through my text messages while showing proof of a previous digital receipt. Then laugh about it when she got caught.
So they get one star for just making up prices and for having morons working for them.

Horrible customer service. I will never spend a penny here. They do not care about their customers. They are very rude and dismissive. I arrived at 9:40 to be told they were closed after 9:30 when the sign says they close at 11pm. I only has one load to wash and I had already put all of my clothes inside the washer to be told to leave. I will never come back to this place. Ever

This place is amazing! The machines are good quality and they’re new. The lady in there is very nice, she thought us how to add minutes to the dryer machine (just put the card in the reader again). The way that it works is that you go on a self serve screen where you buy a card (for $1), and put how much money you want. You can keep the card, and in your next visit, you can just reload it. There are two types of dryers, the *large* which costs 25 cents for 4 minutes, and the *small* which costs 25 cents for 7 minutes. They are very powerful, they dry very quickly. There are three levels of heat, low, medium and high, and there’s also delicates. There’s a station for folding your clothes, and the carts to put them when they’re out of the machine. There are also washing machines, but I didn’t use them, so I can’t say how they work. They also have vending machines, and they sell laundry essentials if you need. Overall amazing experience, I really recommend this place if you need to dry or wash your clothes for a good price!

Worst experience ever. There was an older lady who told me her name was Marissa had such a terrible attitude. I understand that you need to clean the place but there are ways to say it nicely. She just looked like she hated her job but that’s no reason to be rude to the customers.
