Michelle Fox, Branch Banker, went out of her way to help me make a deposit when both mobile banking & ATM were unable to read the check. Even though this branch does not have tellers (which I didn't know), she understood my frustration and figured out a way to make the deposit anyhow. Really appreciated her helpful attitude.

This place has no tellers. Should not be listed as a bank. Very inconvenient.

My daughter ( minor) has a virtual wallet account . Recently $2,023 dollars of all her life time savings were pending in a fraudulent PayPal transaction , we called PNC to stop the transaction which they did and closed her card moved the money to her mother 's account . Few days later another fraudulent transaction from the same person on her closed account . PNC decided to take the rest of her money plus gave her ( a minor) a line of credit of $1600 to cover the PayPal fraudulent amount . We not only alerted PNC and asked to block the account , they decided to borrow my daughter money plus more to pay the scammer. Now my daughter is $1600 on red , she is not even 18 yet. Ps: PayPal shouldn't allow that either since you have to be 18 to have an account.

I am looking to open a new account and just walked in, immediately I was greeted by Roman. He was very helpful, gave me all options, and was kind to my small daughter with me. The bank itself took Covid precautions but I was not required to make an appointment like at Wells Fargo. Great experience, opening an account!

We had occasion to visit this bank today, and I was totally impressed with the procedures and other 'protection' against coronavirus spread. But, even more important, was the fabulous attitude of the person who helped us. Cheerful, knowledgeable, and speedy. Their policies and rates were terrific, too. I give them 2 gloved thumbs up.

I went to their bank physically to asked if they could link my personal and business account. Now, I am looking at my personal information has lost. How am i going to pay my credit card, my logon was not recognize. Totally the staff are incompetent, needs more training.

Manager was not available to scale and fix the problem. Employee without traning, access or experience on floor and 4 hours on customer service calls with poor service to get no where. Just for a problem created by PNC horrible ATM's. They came with the most lame excuse to "justify"a problem with their mess up internal system and still did not fix the issue and at the end me without my money. The problem got worse... After an hour in the branch finally the manager decided to show up, just to be super rude, did NOTHINGG and did not want to ackowledge this was their fault. I notice this bank does not care about their customer, they only care about affecting them and charging them. PNC you lost me for the second time ( due to the same issues) but this time...I'm out and making sure this gets to corporate, the FDIC and BBB.

Called the bank regarding my account to see how long it takes for a payment to reflect on my account and also confirm that everything was ok with my account since I got some strange automated message call me. Juan, clearly was not understanding what I was asking, so when I said so you cannot help me , he didn't respond and just hung up on me. I'll be switching accounts due to the lack in customer service and being hung up on.
