Very unprofessional staff. Teller was very rude and made an effort to make me feel like I was a criminal for trying to cash check that were made out to me.

This bank is very convenient for me. Nina ALONE is the reason I'm giving this bank 5 stars. She is professional, attentive, extremely helpful and incredibly nice. In my 58 years (40 with PNC) I have never met such a perfect bank teller. I can only imagine that the reason she isn't the manager is because she chose not to be.

I tried calling twice and spoke to 2 representatives- asking for help with my account. The mobile service is down and the automated is askingme to call the branch.Neither representative could speak appropriate English nor would they stop speaking so I could tell then what I needed. One transfered me back to the automated system and the other said she was very busy she could not help. I asked to speak to a manager that could understand and she said 'we all very very busy. No help all busy." Are you kidding me? Whi is running this branch?

Go to a different bank besides PNC. I was not advised if I closed my account I would have to pay $25,customer service takes forever to get through to and you have to call several times to resolve something. Horrible experience! Also one rep will tell you one thing and the next rep will say a completely different thing

Made me wait 30 mins. because they were in a “meeting” made me use some stupid system told me I was next but I watched two people walk in and be serviced. When it was finally my turn the lady said the debit card machine was broken after the First Lady told me it was working. This is Boca so it’s probably because I’m Black. Absolutely the worst branch ever. Don’t come here if you’re Black. Closing my account, back to Chase I go.

I've never encounter such a horrible experience in my 16yrs of banking. I stopped at this branch to cash a check before work so I'd have cash over weekend. I'm in the drive through I send my bank card I.d and check to the clerk, after a really unusual long wait and now being late for work she comes back and starts asking me personal questions so I answer her interrogating questions in frustration and confusion like wth is going on here?! At this point Im being treated as if I committed a crime by trying to cash a check. She then she proceeds to tell me because the address on my I.d and the branch I'm visiting aren't in the same area that I couldn't cash my check. I'd have to go in and meet with the bank manager. Mind you I work in the area actually in the same plaza as the bank and I've cashed/deposited my pay checks in pnc many times. I explain to her I don't have time I'm already late for work due to their harassment and I'd like my ID card and check back. She tells me I can't get it back through drive through I have to come in to see the manager. She gives me another excuse that they don't know me they've never seen me at this branch and they need to verify my identity Apparently my drivers license wasn't a valid enough form of identification because there's been a lot of fraud at this location! What I the world does that have to do with me?? Wait a minute, did I do something wrong by not having a personal relationship with a bank clerk at the drive through? Or should It be taken out on me that your bank is experiencing fraud. I've never committed a fraudulent act in my life. At this point I'm beyond confused I have no idea what to think as to why I'm being treated this way. I'm upset feeling violated disrespected and helpless. I'm now 20m late to work and have to go in to see the manger in order to get my I.D check and bank card back.. Christine Toro (manger) Claims to tell me its for my own protection! Exactly why would you have to protect my account from me(the account owner)?? Makes absolutely no sense and what a terrible and disgraceful way to treat a customer! How absurd is this!!! I really hope they don't treat others in this fashion.. I'll be closing this account immediately and I advise anyone looking to bank with Pnc to go elsewhere and those who bank with them now you may want to move your account to a bank that values it's customers instead of deflating a customers character and violating personal rights!!

I have all my accounts there and was turned away at the Boca branch (2400 N federal) I always get an attitude when ever I go there. I wanted to open an account for my daughter on 8.21.20 who worked all summer and was turned away because they said I needed an appointment. I went to the branch at 18th and Powerline ( Boardwalk) an was happily taken care of by Christine and Amy. Christine greeted me at the door, although I would have needed an appointment she was very happy to help my daughter and I. - I will never go back to 2400 North Federal highway. They lost my business as well when I opened up a business account with the Deerfield branch on Hillsborough with Javier who took very good care of me, I was shunned with a bad attitude at the 2400 North Federal highway branch a while back. The 18th Street and powerline branch is very clean and inviting with very nice employees!!! I will surely go there always. Do not visit the 2400 North Federal highway branch they are miserable!!
