I scheduled an appointment for 12pm on Tuesday and was confirmed. Then later that night was told by Walter that he wouldn’t be there at that time because of scheduling issues so then was moved at 2pm when he would be free. I showed up 10 minutes before and was not greeted at all. I sat down and 40 minutes later it was 2:30 and was still not greeted and saw that Walter was in a meeting with another young lady. Not only am I upset but disgusted because I had important matters to take care of. I wasted an hour of my time and did not get my things resolved and left still not have been seen for my scheduled time.

The whole bank is awful looking to move everything away from here the level of incompetence is truly impressive every level knows less than the one beneath it and they all seem to contradict one another while stating I can't help you. What a joke.

Every single employee was rude, inattentive, and made it seem like they did not want to be there at all or help any guests. Waited an extra 20 minutes just because the employees didn't feel like working today and were sitting there ignoring the fact that there were waiting customers. Leaving Pnc because of this experience. Second time I've had a bad experience at this bank actually and I used to love Pnc more than any bank. December 29th, 2021. Also they love to let people cut in line ahead of people who have been there longer for absolutely no reason at all.

Neved had an issue until “Tony” arrived with his laziness and lack of customer service or common sense. Shouldn’t be hiring uneducated kids to handle people’s money.

The only PNC brand that I've never had a bad experience with. Which is a compliment, trust me.

Came in before covid to apply for a new account. Their system seems a bit complicated and my information was inaccurately jotted down which caused me multiple trips and calls to start making transactions.

I don't even want to give them one star!! If you look down at the other reviews like the woman Michelle, these employees are always rude, I have all my accounts at PNC and was shunned away when my daughter and I went to open up her first bank account. At that point I went to the branch at 18th and powerline and was greeted kindly by Christine, Amy helped my daughter and I open up her first bank account and was happy. This 2400 and Federal branch previously lost my business when I went to the Deerfield location and opened up a business account with Javier a while back. I will always drive 7 to 8 mi out of my way never to go to this branch, The employees are miserable!!

This bank at this location has been much better than any others such as bank america, TD, chase, etc. of course as with all banks different locations have different workers, So experiences will vary, but everyone at this location has always been super helpful and friendlier than any other banks I have had in Boca over 20 years. TD and Chase are pretty good in Boca but TD always was horrible in Deerfield, and Bank of America is terrible every location. Again this PNC branch is TOP level.

They refuse to accept my fathers PoA. My father has been hospitalized for 1.5 yrs He's not getting our soon he's 72 yes old He had a PoA fillled out witnesses and notorized. As the bank asked for and it states a general banking I drove 8 hours to get this done before he was transferred to a new hospital . I then took it to his branch they then faxed it to their legal dept . They declined it stating it was to broad . They gave me their PoA which is a broad general banking of all his accounts . They want me to drive it now 16 hours to get it notorized and witnessed by an Attorney That's not possible they have no other way of helping him. We got him on the phone as he's 72 and it's hard for him to follow the questioning that they gave him he wasn't able to answer all of the questions correctly in their attempt to verify him so they then told him he has to come into a local branch . that too is not going to be possible . They would ask him to come in so he could verify himself well all of his documentation was stolen when his house was looted all of which we have police reports on . he has $2100 in his bank account he needs to get his property taxes paid so he doesn't lose his home he needs to get a few things repaired at his house so he could put the place up forsale because the thieves cut his electrical panels out of his house . this bank is being far from cooperative or helpful and they are denying my father's right and the power of attorney so that he could take care and have me help him with his personal finances .

This is a fantastic branch, with even finer associates. I have been to many banks in my life, but the Team at East Boca Raton PNC is the best I have ever come into contact! They go "above & beyond" via service, and from the bottom of their hearts care for clients. With a smile on their faces & kindness in their full hearts, friendly associates will even walk you out the door & have a full dialogue about how much they care for you. PNC is a special bank & the staff here is extraordinary. I will never bank anywhere else!

I just wanted to cash a $50 check but they wanted to charge me $10 fee to do so, The manager ask me, you know why we charge that fee? He said It cost money to keep the money here in our bank, somebody need to pay our salaries. What a p***** The guy who wrote the check is a paying customer of the bank, the bank is conducting business on the customers behalf. If I wrote a check to someone and they told me my bank wanted ten bucks to cash my check drawn on my account I would close the account and tell them to unf$%k themselves. I rather throw the check to the garbage to pay that fee.
