Horrible . Horrible customer service . Entire staff showed no consideration for people in line and did not offer to help the teller ease the line . The entire staff needs to be replaced besides the teller . She was doing her best even though the system was down

Looks like this office make unsolicited phone calls and sends emails to all the customers around, reported to
[email protected]. Oh, cancelling auto payment created on PNC bank side takes 7 business days after a request to do that. Other banks can do that instantly after two clicks.

I went to this branch today and asked to have a withdrawal from my reserve account and it was not done. I called the branch and no one answered. Terrible customer service

Not a fan of this bank and location. While very close to my home, it's design is very poor. Not welcoming, and no sitting area. Only 1 teller station.

Calls not picked up, tried emailing - never received a reply, time waiting in bank too long, "they" prefer if customers book an appointment - really?! To make a deposit or ask a question?!Need I go on? PNC used to be my favorite bank, it's now ranking at less than 0 stars but you can't post without doing this... Is it only this branch or have all of them become this unprofessional?

Terrible experience here.. I walked in and got in line to make a simple deposit however, they wanted me to sit down and wait with four other guests. What happened with walking in and being able to do a deposit without all this waiting? I find that a little absurd. I’m probably going to switch banks at this point. PNC has been nothing but headaches. So dissatisfied with their customer service lately.

Terrible service!!!!!! . Waited in lobby over 10 minutes not even a teller in the bank. They're more geared towards selling accounts than servicing their customers. I would never bank with PNC in any location.

I had to wait 30 minutes to make a deposit on my account. They are very understaffed.

This branch is not competent to handle normal banking business. I applied for a heloc, they inputted my info wrong, no communication, impossible to use the encrypted email, or subit docs online. No follow up, use another Bank.
