I used Corporate PNC to get a loan and could not have had a worse experience. After I initially set up the loan, it took them 10 days to call back to check current loan rates to see if something better was available. Also, I was sent an incorrect closing document after 7pm and did not "approve it" until the next day there were questions about it. I did not receive a phone call or email warning me this was critical to close on time. The bank claims this took too long and therefore they have to delay closing. So unacceptable. Maybe a local branch is better but would never deal with corporate again!
