***aaliyah thank you for always keeping me updated on my rental! David took care of me today and helped me finally get my unit! He went above and beyond and provided me with excellent customer service. This place has amazing employees that are always willing to help. So happy I chose it.
Today I made a reservation online and within a few minutes my storage was ready! I went into the office to check the sizes for various units. Fred was in the office offering exceptional customer service over the phone. Fred greeted me with a warm smile and from that minute on, I knew I was in good hands and at a great place! I asked many question and asked to see two different units.he showed me around and answered all my questions and concerns. He was so pleasant to speak to and it truly felt like I knew him for years.
This is what customer service should look like, he understands the needs and worries of a customer and quickly address them making me feel at ease and secure.
I will highly recommend Public Storage to my friends, family and anyone who wants a trusted, clean, friendly storage place. This in fact is due because of the excellent customer service I received from Fred!

Hazra was amazing and facilitated all my need and was very informative. Walked into Spanish isles location and they didn’t have a unit I wanted but she was able to facilitate a rental at their other location on Glades and Turnpike. Will definitely return amazing service.

I can only say nothing but great things about Hazra and the PS team in west boca, I have used this location for both business and personal uses for over a year and have had a great and positive experience so far! Very clean and well kept and they offer the best customer service and support to their clients!!
