This was my first time renting a storage unit and the process is way easier than I expected. They do offer to rent by phone or rent online but being my first time I wanted to see the place and I’m happy I did. I got to meet kiya who is such a sweetheart and she’s very knowledgeable about the whole process

Move in easy. Easier to get through gate when download app. Hard to find unit without map. Wish there were signs for unit#s, instead of randomly walking the entire floor
