Staff is very helpful. They helped me with the registration explaining all the items in the contract. They even helped me set up the app!
The place is very very clean and the access to units is very easy.
Definitely glad we found Public Storage!!

The rental process was easy online and very affordable, like $400 less that what we were paying at the previous storage facility. Unfortunately access to units is not handicap friendly. We rented a 10x10 and it's an extremely far walk to get for the door to the unit. We were told that larger units are toward the front and smaller to the back, seems backwards. A family or business would be using larger units, smaller would be individual and more convenient to have them toward the front. Also, the app to automatically one gates, doors and the elevator has yet to work for us.
