I had our prescriptions filled at this location for years. The level of service and attitude of the pharmacists and pharmacy techs deteriorated over time, to the point that I declared “no more”. And here is background: there was always a line to drop off or pickup a prescription; when calling, I was always placed on hold and the wait could be 5-6 minutes, which frankly, was unacceptable; pharmacists are rotated in/out and one never has the opportunity to establish a longer term relationship with them. And the worst staffing problem was with the pharmacy techs. There was one tech, a young man, who was rude, abrasive, disrespectful, and far from efficient, despite his appearance of being fast at what he was doing and efficient. I complained on more than one occasion to store management, the regional manager for pharmacy departments, and customer service at headquarters. Whatever action was promised it was never taken. I cannot even cite his name as he either did not wear an ID or had it covered. I decided to take my pharmacy business elsewhere and am now being served by professionals in a much more user-friendly environment (CVS 686 Glades Road).

Called several times yesterday and waited on hold until call finally just disconnects. I just needed to know if they had or could get a certain medication before transferring my RX. I’m tired my zero customer service. I’ll be switching pharmacies.

I've been going to this pharmacy for 2 years now and only had 1 issue when I first switched over due to ME not understanding how to properly call in my prescription. I know how hard it can be for pharmacies, and I understand that my prescription is very hard to get nowadays. But every time I have called in (and yes, sometimes there is a little wait but that is to be expected), I have always been able to get my prescription in and pick it up either the day of or a couple days after... and that's pretty dang good if you ask me. Maybe don't call in your prescription last minute, call your doctor to double check your prescription, and don't expect these employees to stop everything they're doing and bow down to you when you haven't done your due diligence? I feel sorry for the hate this location gets, you guys are doing the best you can and it doesn't go unnoticed. Thanks for all your help!

I have been extremely gracious with this pharmacy for over a year but it’s gotten to the point where I will be changing pharmacies due to this locations inability to provide me my medications. Multiple times I have gone in to pick up my medications and the male pharmacy manager looked at me and went right back to doing work on his computer completely ignoring my existence. I understand they may be understaffed or he was in the middle of something but it is common decency to say “ hello, I will be with you in just a moment,” or at the minimum just acknowledge me. Secondly I have had a male technician ask me to my face why I was taking the medication I was picking up and warned me about it. This was extremely unprofessional and honestly none of his business. Never in my life have I had to call to have my meds refilled right after my provider sent in a prescription but for some reason lately that’s the excuses I have received from the manager and workers as to why I haven’t been able to have my medication. This wouldn’t be an issue for me to do but whenever i call I’m put on hold for 30 minutes which at that point I know they’ve forgotten I’m on hold so I have to recall and wait another 30 minutes and still not get my medication. I’ve worked for Publix in the past and this is not the customer service I had been trained to provide. It’s really sad I had to call the customer service manager to get my phone call answered at the pharmacy. Do better Publix. Paying customers shouldn’t be deprived or jump through obstacles to get the medication that allows us to function on a day to day basis.

Worst pharmacy in the country. The employees must be mutes because they just nod their heads or say "yep no nah" as replies to serious medical questions. The store in general is managed very poorly, not a single employee is engaged in their work and look miserable.

The pharmacists at this location are qualified and very helpful, however it is severely understaffed. I was instructed today to find a different pharmacy because they cannot manage their current patient load. Hopefully things will change in the future, but at this point I will be changing pharmacies.

Went to get a sub and the reps at the deli was dumb founder when I asked for the publix Garlic and herb tofu sub. It's amazing how such a huge company can be so poor in customer service. It's like they hired people from the street that doesn't care to work. The guy said if you know what it is go to produce and get it. Ok! I went picked it up Came back and then they're fighting for who to make the sub. No one wants to make the sub apparently. Workers going back and forth between each other who to make the sub. At that I just left it's the worst customer service

This is the worst Publix pharmacy I have ever used. I almost want to transfer to one further away that’s how horrible the customer service has been. Every single time I go to pick up my prescription there has been an issue. On 4/27 I went in person to discuss why over a week my prescription hadn’t been filled, and they claimed because one of the medications was not ready for refill. However, the other two were but they were not going to fill those until the third was ready. I never requested the third to be filled FYI. While I understand this may be out of their control, it was like pulling teeth to get that answer. Considering one of the medications was for sleep, they initially said it could not be filled until 5/2. After I stated it was for sleep, they could suddenly fill it in 15 minutes. An occasion following this incident, I decided to prepay to interact with the employees less. However, noticing there were several people in line I waited my turn. When I arrived to the counter the employee stated that next time I need to just walk up and he will hand it to me. The next time I needed to pick up, I did just that (walk to the counter for prepaid), and the employee told me that he’ll be with me in a second, places a sign up stating that the pharmacist would be back soon and stood in the back. This was around 2:30, so maybe it was a break. However, it felt targeted. He literally stood there for 10 minutes on his phone. My last straw was 7/2, I placed an order for curbside pickup. I’m currently covid positive and feel uncomfortable coming into the store. When I called curbside number, they stated only the pharmacy could deal with this order and she would transfer me. I waited 10 minutes on hold, no answer. I call their number directly, was placed on hold for another 10 minutes. I waited a total of 40 minutes from the time they stated to give them, and finally had to call husband to go inside and pick it up (again, I’m covid positive). He stated it was THE SAME EMPLOYEE WHO CONSTANTLY GIVES ME ISSUES and there was only one customer in line. The employee motioned with his finger to my husband, handed him the prescription immediately. Why was I waiting 40 minutes??????

This pharmacy and all those who work there, are simply outstanding ! Always receptive, pleasant and welcoming. Most important, I’ve never known the pharmacist to make an error!
