Past 2 times I’ve came I ordered a sub online for pickup and paid before . Today I ordered a sub at 11:25am, didn’t get it till 11:50 and Devon working the deli was rude every time I’ve spoken to her. Don’t waste your time at this publix

This published as much bigger but very difficult to navigate the aisles the parking is also difficult, and the employees don't seem to care nearly as much as some of the smaller ones so nothing wrong with it just wouldn't be my first choice in the area

Really sus publix the restroom is messy, smells terrible horrific... like how the male employees use that thing and not clean it? On the way out it's some staff leaning on the pastry counter talking about some personal nonsense. Big fail tonight from this location.

This by far is the worst Publix I've ever been to. Back in the '80s. I worked for Publix and they emphasized customer service and treating the customer as you'd like to be treated. Things have really declined. Not only was his store lacking some merchandise that we would like, but the employees seemed uninterested in helping us. Even a manager walked right by us and didn't ask us if we found everything or how we're doing. Admittedly we were there shortly before closing but it seemed as so. The employees were only interested and quickly doing their closing duties and getting out quick as if they had a massive party to go to.

I LIVE NEARBY SO IT IS CONVENIENT FOR ME TO GO TO THIS PUBLIX, BUT I HAVE TO SAY THAT IT IS NOT THE BEST PUBLIX WHERE I HAVE BEEN ... FIRST, THE DISPOSITION OF THE INTERIOR OF THIS SUPERMARKET IS DIFERENT FROM THE OTHER ONES WHERE I'VE BEEN , THE SHOP SEEMS TO BE EXTREMELY FULL AND YOU FEEL A BIT CLAUSTROPHOBIC INSIDE ... THE AREA WHERE THE FISH IS SOLD, FOR SOME REASON ALWAYS HAS THIS BAD SMELL .... I GUESS FROM DRPPING FISH WATER ON THE FLOOR OR SOME OTHER THING , FISH RELATED BUT IT SMELLS BAD .... AND MY HUSBAND GAVE UP GOING THERE FOR HAM, BECAUSE IT IS ALWAYS VERY BADLY PACKED .... ALSO, SOME OF THE CASHIERS DONT EVEN GREAT YOU ... AND I THINK THEY SHOULD ... AFTER ALL WE ARE THE CLIENTS RIGHT ??

Placed an online order, arrived 30 min later to pick it up and it wasn’t ready (they told me they’d start making it in that moment). Amber at the deli had a serious attitude problem too like it was my fault that my order wasn’t ready. Train your staff better.

I try to order a "meal for 1" At the deli that states two sides and a dipping sauce, the lady argues with me regarding the fact that it includes a dipping sauce, says she's confused, and when I'm pointing at the "meal for 1" she refuses to turn around and look, telling me it's only one side, frustrated she grabs two sides and changes the container multiple times. Not sure why she's frustrated at me when the description is right behind her and she refuses to even look. I just walked out. Never coming back to Publix again. If you just turn around and read the description you will know what I'm talking about. acting like I'm an idiot and frustrated at me when I'm just reading a one sentence description under a totle "Meal for one"
