If I could give this Publix 0 stars I would. This is by far the worst Publix I have ever been to. Place is a complete mess. Employees are extremely rude. I went to the sub station to get a simple BLT wrap and the worker was so rude slapped raw bacon on my wrap then proceeded to make derogatory remarks in a different language to a fellow coworker. Fortunately I could understand because I speak many different languages. Then I went to checkout. All lanes were busy so I went to the one with least amount of people like anyone else would. The cashier Camille greeted me with such disdain and attitude. She angrily proclaimed that I could’ve just gone to the express lane and as I started turning around she said what’s the point you are already here. I was in shock. She continued to angrily glance at me and mutter under her breath. She needs a serious attitude adjustment. I have never had such service at a Publix, especially with such rude cashiers. Publix be careful who is representing you.

I Love this store. The associates are super accommodating, the bakery and deli are totally on point. For a smaller sized Publix, these guys step up like the big guys

This is a review and rating for the pharmacy only. Bottom line, it’s horrendous. The phones are never answered without being placed on long holds. The techs are rude. Disrespectful and impertinent. The pharmacist exercises no supervision over the techs. I stopped using their services after several highly problematic encounters. I get all my prescriptions filled now at CVS. Another world entirely.

Publix supermarkets are higher end, full service markets. Generally carry a larger assortment of higher quality items than other local discount groceries. Famous for having a large (free) scale at their entrance where many customers often check their weight as they enter the store.
