I was at this Publix shopping 2 different orders for different clients on instacart. When I went to checkout, I separated the 2 different sections and the older lady lady that was packing the products put one of the bags on the place I separated for the 1 with less products section, so I nicely told her that I needed them separately because they were for 2 different people. She gave me the hugest attitude and she called me something that I couldn’t comprehend because she was mumbling and then she price to throw all of the bags in the cart so aggressively that made me scared. I will never come back here. Never.

Placed an online order for 4 platters and when I arrived to pick it up, only one of the platters was ready. The employee Bonnie was very kind, but I had to wait over 45 minutes for my order that was supposed to be ready which is very frustrating. Would not recommend this Publix for party catering.

This is a review for the pharmacy only. I switched from Walgreens to Publix, hoping for a better experience. Well, at least at Walgreens, the pharmacy staff know what GoodRx is.
I went to pick up my overpriced medication. She told me the price and I said I had a GoodRx coupon. She should have suggested looking it up to see if there was a coupon or not. God knows how many elderly people who are unaware of this have paid full price!
I then said I have never paid this much for this medication and have the same insurance. Is the price mostly dictated by Publix or is it because we have this new guy as president? She had no clue. Have to find yet another pharmacy, ideally in Canada.
