manager accused me of stealing even though i showed her proof of me buying the food spent 20$ out of MY wallet to buy food for me and my friend and ended up having to leave the food and 20$ out of my pocket horrible service 👎🏽

So; sadly I have been a customer of this Publix for 15 years…Everything was good,as in 15 years I never needed to return an item…Unfortunately i bought a gift card that don’t work, try not to actually return but exchange, guess what;2 managers,none could exchange the terrible gift card!!! Taking my business to another grocery store!!!
