This place was outrageously rude to my mother who was new to this. Making feel people unaccepted for being new and judging whether or not they’re having a good time based off of people’s facial expressions. I have never heard of this before. Making women feel awful for not looking like they are having a good time ? I didn’t know exercise was supposed to be fun. Meredith the instructor told the lady up front to not put new people in the class due to them not being ready in front of my mother.. I didn’t know we were all supposed to be good our first time doing something new. I’m not sure how anyone in their right mind could support a business like this. Putting yourself out there and trying something new is hard enough as it is. The importance is getting out there and trying new things and making people feel good about themselves and not putting them down .

One of the worst studios I’ve ever been! I came today they even didn’t open the door after I was 2 min late. I admit being late is not appropriate but not having reception persons and do not open the door at the studio even worst!! Also classes are not that great

Bad experience! and Surprised !Regretted walking into this business today. While I was speaking to the manager in charge around 5:15 we were interrupted by an old lady coworker claiming to be in charge of securityand obnoxious jealous of the personat the front desk.Needless to say, I left in order to avoid confusion and confrontation .

Absolutely love this pure barre location. All of the instructors are great but I especially like Brittany’s classes. Very challenging yet fun at the same time. I see results already and there is always a positive vibe when I come to class! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new low impact workout that really makes a difference.

Ok, this is really tough stuff. It's ok because the people are super friendly and supportive. No competitiveness other than with yourself. Need to stop for a moment then stop. No pushing you to do more or do better.Men with egos...do not apply as you will take a hit. Loved the experience.

I absolutely love this Pure Barre studio! My day is not complete unless I come to a barre class! I look forward to seeing everyone. The women in this community are loving, kind, accepting and sweet. I always feel uplifted when I leave. The workout is fantastic, the teachers are spot-on, and I have never felt stronger in my life!

I have been attensing classes here for a few months now and I am consistently impressed. The studio is always clean and well maintained. Classes generally start and end on time and I have never seen that vary more than a minute or so. The staff and management are helpful and accommodating with finding the right plan for your budget and schedule. Also, they have been expanding the number and type of classes available. The instructors are incredible. They keep an upbeat attitude and high energy. Each instructor is very helpful in providing modifications and corrections.Guys, I know barre gets looked at as more of a woman's workout. I'm going to tell you these workouts are deceptively challenging. The moves may be simple but maintaining form and control over a 50 minute class is a tough workout. I leave every class sweating and feeling the burn. I recommend it as a solid part of your fitness routine. If you get an opportunity to try it or your wife, girlfriend or significant other invites you to a class, do yourself a favor and say yes. Then come back for a second round or two to notice how quickly you start feeling and seeing a difference in muscle tone, strength and energy.

I had never tried Pure Barre and from the moment I stepped into the studio, I was greeted warmly and excitedly welcomed - from my first class, I was HOOKED! There is no greater full mind& body workout - 50 minutes of you time with killer music and the best instructors- class is challenging but the way your muscles burn and shake is a testament to the growth you are achieving! Not only is the team incredible and classes worthwhile but the studio is centrally located in East Boca and so well kept! Gorgeous retail that's consistently updated, a clean beautiful studio and incredible community of empowering women- this place has changed my life! Thank you Pure Barre Boca team for all you do!

My experience billing was awful. They ripped me off during COVID while I was fighting cancer. They sent a $500+ balance I had no idea about to collections. I have perfect payment history on my credit card + a "great" credit score. Here are the facts, when I went in for my last day, I worked with a young woman in person on having my monthly membership canceled (this was prior to my next billing date). She confirmed with me. Follow my billing date, I was charged. I inquired as to why, they said I had to pay for another month after my last month. In addition, since at this point we were past my next billing date and I never signed a canceling agreement (which I was not informed about in person by the new employee), I would need to sign that cancelation form AND be charged for ANOTHER month. I fought this with my bank, but since they did not have proof that I had canceled it in person, I lost. So I had to pay for that additional month (which I did pay).Meanwhile, I had canceled my membership since I was hospitalized and diagnosed with cancer. Pure Barre's management had zero sympathy for my situation, was only focused on money. They treated me in an inhumane manner. While the bank was investigating the charge, Pure Barre charged me a late fee (which I didn't pay since I had already paid for TWO months where I hadn't attended a single class - since I was in the hospital - and my bank needed the time to conduct the investigation. I paid those two months since I had no proof that I spoke to this women in person). Now, 6+ months later, a collections agency calls me with $500+ worth of money due to Pure Barre (which I had no idea about). I tried calling Pure Barre's billing team, and they said that they have no record of me anymore and cannot explain to me why I owe $5oo. The woman on the phone even hung up on me, despite my patient inquiry. The collection agency also has no details on why I owe this amount from Pure Barre (since Pure Barre didn't provide them).I cannot believe that I now need to fight this, when it is my word against their word. The West Boca's management cares more about ripping people off than the human behind the dollar.I own a business and I would never run my business this way. It is embarrassing they way they treat people. I would never recommend Pure Barre, this location, or the organization as a whole. It is extremely disappointing as I was hopeful that this would be a great fit for me. Unfortunately, the little guy loses against big corporations like this.Updated: I am getting my lawyer involved. If Pure Barre calls me and works this out, I will happily update this post and/or remove it.

What an experience, not only I had, but so did two of my colleagues. We signed up for Pure Barre at this location in January 2021. At the time of sign up, we were never warned that the location would be closing down less than 4 weeks later. To make matters worse, they ONLY accept ACH payment for the dues; so they debited my bank account $99 and closed down literally the next day! Can it get worse? YES it can....last week call came in from a collection agency saying that my friends account was over-drafted for two pairs of socks, and now there was an overdraft fee being imposed!! The best part of it, the account was in good standing and had sufficient funds, the issue is that they improperly put the wrong bank account number in their system!! Yet, somehow, this was the consumers fault, and now we deal with harassing collection calls, $99 debited from both of our accounts, and the location is out of business. We are considering filing a civil suit against them for civil theft and fraudulent inducement. Beware , this was one of the only times ever that we've experienced the blatant deception from a local business. CONSUMERS BEWARE!!

Whether in the studio or live-streaming,I cannot imagine not taking at least one class every single day. The teachers are dedicated professionals who really care about giving the clients a great workout. Never the same class twice and I’ve done almost 1300 so far! We are a family and always open to welcoming more people into the fold. I love Pure Barre!
