My wife book hotel for a day stay she requested a king bed room. When she went to check in room was not available. They offered a regular rm. She rebooked same hotel a couple of months later because we were attending an event nearby and the same situation occurred. So we will no longer be booking anything with them. We are totally surprised that we went booked vacation and have stayed in hilton hotels and never had a problem. This was a first for us.

Stay at this hotel over the weekend and was pleasantly welcomed by the manager Brandon P. The hotel itself is warm and inviting and we had a great time listening to the musician at the bar before heading out for our dinner reservations with family. Will be sure to stay here again!

Do not stay here. I am not sure how they are a IHG hotel. It is truly a motel with the IHG label. I don't have it in me to bad mouth this place, but trust me, go somewhere else and not the other Holiday Inn Express in Boca. Both are motels. Very very poor!

This is my last night at the Holiday Inn & Suites Boca Raton - North and the hotel is okay. The front desk staff both during the day and night are very friendly and accommodating. The hotel building had a "fresh coat" of paint, but its an older hotel. The paint is covering many flaws. I found the hotel to be clean, my room was clean. The front of the hotel, under the awning, smells like cigarettes. Several guests were out there lighting up, which is fine, but if you have issues around that odor, your first impression will be affected. My room was okay, but nothing special. The door had some damage, like there was a sign at one point but it was ripped off or something. The water pressure was poor, but at least it was hot. My bed was fine, though I think the mattress should be replaced. Half of it was well worn, but the other half was more firm. On the worn side, I felt like I was sinking to the bed frame. I still had a good night sleep. The air conditioner wasn't too loud. While I didn't use the pool, the pool area was nice and inviting. A few times during the early evening hours, there was a cart that rolled by my door, and the concrete floor outside the door, made it very loud. However, after 8 PM or so, it stopped. Overall, my stay was net positive. For a full Holiday Inn & Suites, I expected a little more, but the friendliness of the staff, and the fact I was able to get a good night sleep, I'm leaving happy.

Place is gross 😝 nold in the showers. AC didn't work all night because it need movements to keep it active. Tv in
Rooms: Smelly and showers ha e no pressure. I can p ee stronger than it. Sink didn't drain. Tv un the "bed room was small, so moved the living room into the bed room. Bunches of homeless people in the parking lot. Smelly and pot smoking in the parking lot. Never again will I stay here. I travel for my job AND IGH is the only places I stay and this one isn't worth the money.

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn. and it was a fantastic experience. The hotel offered live music over the weekend, with a talented local musician performing in a relaxed, cozy setting. The music created a pleasant atmosphere that added a unique touch to the stay.
The service was excellent, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Overall, it was a memorable visit, and I highly recommend Holiday Inn for anyone looking for great accommodations with a lively, cultural vibe.

I have been staying in Holiday Inn hotels for over 20 years and Andre provided us with the best customer service we have ever had in a Holiday Inn. Thank you Andre for helping to make my wife's birthday special.
Andre could teach classes on customer service,and I hope he is recognized by upper management for making my stay in pleasant one.

Rooms: Separate bedroom and living room. A TV in each.
Food and drinks: The food at the restaurant and tiki bar is excellent for the price point.

Rooms: The property was far below the typical Holiday Inn standards.
I travel tons for work and personal and usually stick to brand hotels because you know what you're going to get...not the case here.

This hotel was the worst. The room was dirty and smelly, and the bedding didn't seem to have been washed properly. The service was poor and the staff were rude. What was even more absurd was that even though we had booked a double room, the front desk said they couldn't give my friend and I two keys. When I asked why, he just repeated, “It’s not allowed due to policy.” It was a very uncomfortable and unpleasant experience. It will never come again.

If I were searching for a terrible hotel, I definitely hit the jackpot! This place is a complete dump. On top of that, despite booking a double room, the front desk refused to provide a second key for my friend and me, stating, “My manager told me not to give out two keys.” Seriously?

The staff were very welcoming! The room was amazing!!!!! I felt like I was home! The breakfast in the morning was a full hot breakfast! Would recommend this location 10/10!

This hotel is absolutely disgusting. There are rats, roaches, and not a single room functions properly. Management refuses to combat actual issues and instead places all emphasis on the poor front desk staff and housekeeping, without ever leaving the office to do any work for themselves. I had the displeasure of seeing how the assistant manager, Andre, addresses his employees and to say that I am appalled is a severe understatement. He is spiteful and childish, refusing to leave his office to speak to guests who clearly wanted to speak to a manager and not the front desk agent. He was short and curt with guests, and immediately retreated into his office and shut the door when he was done. No employee looked happy to be there, they all looked like the life got beaten out of them. Do yourself a favor and book anywhere other than here. This place, and the people who run it, are terrible. They don’t seem to give a damn about anything but shoving your money into their pockets after selling you a room infested with rats and roaches and mold.

"I travel frequently through many states and live on the west coast of Florida. I always stay at Holiday Inn because, even when I'm unfamiliar with the area, I can usually count on them to be clean and in safe locations. Unfortunately, this location was disappointing. It’s outdated, and the customer service was rough. The front desk associate claimed she couldn’t find my IHG number and told me that if I wanted a better rate, I should book through the app. I’ve used the same number for 15 years, and it always pulls right up. The rooms were not clean and were pretty run-down. I won’t stay here again, and this is the first review I’ve ever written."
