I love the 80s and Jolt Cola caffeinated soda. First order was online using their website. Received email the product was not in stock. I double-checked their website site. Cola was in stock, and emailed stating deceptive marketing. Received reply email stating they just received a shipment. My order is on the way. Second order was made because product availability was running low, but website had it in stock. Placed order. Received email stating order had been cancelled and money refunded, but to look at other available products. Marketing similar to bait and switch. I asked for the business contact information for Aaron Singerman, CEO. Asked to confirm that Jonathan Boche is still the Customer Relations Manager. Received email saying that personal information was private for their executive team. I was not asking for personal information. CEO and other executives ought to be kept informed. I replied that I would communicate the deceptive marketing through other avenues, BBB, FTC, etc. I love they bought Jolt Cola. The product could make more money if it was available. I ended up ordering the product from another place. Strange that others have stock, but it is out of stock at the company's warehouse.

This review is related to a delivery we made. It was first come-first serve. Once they started, it didn't take long. It's a beautiful area to look at while there.

Having tried so many powders and and pre workouts I am shocked at how good everything taste and how well it mixes. No chalky aftertaste, no chewing. Never buying anything besides Redcon1!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely the Best!
Redcon1 is hands down the best company in the fitness industry! I accidentally made an error with my order, but their team fixed it in less than 24 hours—talk about top-notch customer service! On top of that, their pre-workout is incredible: no unnecessary dyes, just clean ingredients that work.
Special shoutout to Bee, who went above and beyond to help me. Bee’s professionalism and kindness made the entire experience seamless. If you're looking for the best products and even better customer service, Redcon1 is the way to go. 5 stars all the way!

As of several months ago, they no longer allow you to place a subscription order (which included a nice discount). After my subscription was cancelled, I placed one last bulk order to get me by until I found an alternative brand. Half of the items I ordered ended up out of stock. The other half arrived very late. This place seems to be falling apart.
I had been ordering from here for years but have now switched protein brands. I’m tired of playing a game where you have to subscribe to their spam texts and wait for a deal to order with a discount that we used to already get through recurring orders.

***update*** I emailed Ryan as the “owner” asked that I do in their reply to my comment. Ryan isn’t responding. Pat for the course with this company. Goodbye Redcon
Ordered Protein and Silencer on June 30, 2024. Now it’s July 12 and they still haven’t shipped my product. On top of that, they just informed that since they didn’t pick my order in time, they have run out is silencer AGAIN, and I won’t be getting it. Redcon1, figure your inventory out and learn how to ship your products. Every time I order, I wait and wait and wait because your shipping absolutely sucks. Now you regress to not being able to fulfill your orders because of your shipping negligence. I’m pissed.

Ashamed of this company!! I start with them years ago and everything was smooth with the shipping. Now every order is a pain!! Ordered 10 days ago and still waiting for tracking to be updated and for the carrier to pick up my order!
Time of shipping are outrageous! I m surely gonna change company and telling all the people i know to do the same! What a shame! I wish i could give 0 star!

Been ordering for a few years now and everything has went down hill fast. I usually do bulk orders that last like 2 months. 3/5 preworkouts I ordered last time were almost expired and so clumped up I couldn’t even break it apart. This has happened the last 4x I Ordered. Trying to get a new one sent out is like walking to china, impossible. Shipping times are outrageous and never get tracking numbers or anything. Sadly I will be switching companies.

Very disappointing with the entire process.
Ordered a product less than 140 miles away from distribution center. Contacted customer service shortly after placing the order and was assured all was taken care of. 7 days later product never arrived even after confirming address and promised item was arriving in less rhan 24 hours. To make matters worse, asked to speak or provide the phone number of a manager multiple times. Was told couldn’t provide phone number of a manager. Instead received customer service phone number . Left voice message since nobody was available on a Monday and Thursday evening still no call back even though they stated a response will be provided in 24 hours. Extremely disappointed with both product delivery and customer service.

Sprinkled Donut Bar: I've tried a plethora of protein bar brands over the years, but this is my first from MRE. MRE bars boast that they are a "Whole Food Protein Bar". The rationale behind their claim to fame is that the protein blend is made using beef protein, salmon protein, chicken protein, egg protein, brown rice protein, and pea protein. The carbohydrates are derived from rolled oats, yams and sweet potatoes. Hence "Whole Foods". Sadly, all of that amounts to a bar that I found to have a relatively bland vanilla flavor. More puzzling is the name "Sprinkled Donut" bar as there are no sprinkles present. Another thing the bar doesn't have going for it is it simply does not look appealing. It actually evokes thoughts of that scene from "Step Brothers" where the kids make Will Ferrell's character Brennan lick a white dog turd. The bar tries to have a crunchy texture, but FitCrunch Bars do it better in my opinion. I found MRE's version to be more chewy than crunchy. Not an awful bar by any means, but not one to run out and buy again. This one is just okay. Doughboy_Food_Reviews

Never received any products from my order made September 4th and no response from customer service. It's September 29th now. This is not the first time this has happened, but it's never been this bad. I'm disputing the charge with my credit card company now.

Awful customer service. Even worse is your president Eric Hart, who believes that not providing timely and accurate customer service is acceptable. To come at a customer who ask been waiting weeks for product that was left out of the original shipment, and emailing over 5 times to customer service who kept sending a tracking link that had nothing because they didn’t process the shipment yet is a joke. Company has been an absolute embarrassment since Aaron’s been away and now I know why. Eric is a complete joke as a leader. Be better Eric.

Terrible place to leave the merchandise, they tell you that you have to be early and I spent 4 hours to get the product I delivered
