Brian was an incredible help. He Greeted me the second I walked in the store. He Helped me find everything I needed and even help me make decisions. He was incredibly knowledgeable and got things done quickly. Looking forward to coming back to get the exterior paint!

Stay away from this place. They couldn't match my color. Manager tried to take advantage of me by selling more expensive quality paint. As a result I had different shades of paint on my wall. Turned out the store didnt have flat paint so the managersold me more expensive egg shell paint. I went to another store and i was told that i needed 100% flat paint not eggshell. When I came back to return the paint, the manager refused to refund or exchange the product they "matched". Very unprofessional place. Wasted time and money. Do not ho to

This is the color I wanted. The color that is on the concrete and painted is a light baby blue. I brought the paint back to the store on a Friday where this young boy works and is absolutely useless and told me I had to wait to speak with anybody that had any kind of authority who could do anything about it till Monday. I get there on Monday. There is only one lady at the counter and it was taking forever so I had to leave because I didn't want to miss my appointment. Came back later and of course they were closed. Come 5 o'clock. They are done and out. decided just to eat the loss and the cost of the paint. I'm headed to Sherwin-Williams where I should've gone in the first place. Horrifying customer service.

As to SERVICE, there is none. The first guy I spoke to about stain didn't know what it was!! The second guy who was in a rush and looked around 17, said "we really don't have much stain. All we got is on this shelf. Don't look at those color samples cause we don't have most of them. Just these quarts. Come back in a month or so and the man who handles this will be back. He broke his leg." Yeah, like I'm goi to wait a month. As to SELECTION, there isn't much. Go somewhere else. As to VALUE, I don't know cause I couldn't buy anythingGO. ELSEWHERE.
