This is absolutely the worst bank in South Florida. Julio Leonel is a liar and doesn't follow thru or follow up with requests to speak with his branch manager. I regret doing business with Regions Bank. I would not recommend this bank to anyone. All of the bankers act as though they are doing you a favor and they don't care about the customer at all. I hope that this bank goes out of business because of the unprofessional people that work for them.

Everything is always a pleasure at this location. I've been banking with Regions since AMSouth days. Great customer service at this branch and the customer service line when you need to call for help. I have always been treated with respect, insightful help, and employee diligence.

I love the service that Regions has provided to me over the years. Whether on the telephone or in person, my experience is always positive. Patience, politeness, knowledge of their job and willingness to ensure customers are satisfied are always evident. The Boca Branch on Glades Rd. is the best! The Tellers are awesome!

I stopped at the bank on a Saturday, through the drive threw, and was greeted by an amazing, polite male. Any too get to the point, I mentioned opening an account (I only had a "Now Card") and further explained my situation. He gave me his business card and stated to make an appointment, and that he would in fact help me out and to email him.Long story short, I email him, on his card I learn that his is the Vice President! I admire that, their a team no one is better than anyone having a VP work on the weekend!VP was busy so Carolyn (Team Leader) assisted me. I was not aware of a certain minimum that you need to open an account, well lets say I was short! Carolyn and Kirk both made it happen! they approved and opened my account with the amount of money I had.I will go no where but this branch! Amazing people, and I only met 2 people. Looking forward to banking for many years to come!!! Thank yo for making the experience, fun, quick, and painless!!!!-Brett Shank
