WHICH IS ILLEGAL❗❗❗❗ ❗❗❗⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️❗❗❗❗❗❗.I wish the staff would go to WPBF 25 News and report this. I'm a lifetime platinum elite member with Marriott. We were scheduled to stay 30 days at this property. Upon check-in, we were assigned a room in building 11, which was the farthest building from the Reception Area and Clubhouse, and the building was literally 60 yards from the railroad tracks. TriRail, Amtrak, and freight trains passed by this building all hours of the day and night. Each time a train went by, we would first hear the rumble of the locomotives, and then the building would start to shake lightly. We requested to be relocated to one of the buildings on the west side of the property. However, after 5 nights and no room relocation. We decided to check out.Rooms: Needed a deep cleaning, in my opinion. The room phone did not work, and there was no lighting in the shower/toilet area.Safety: My wife did not feel very safe at our section/area of this property (building 11).Noteworthy details: This is an old hotel that is showing its age. It needs a refreshing both outside and inside.

They told my wife that although she has pet allergies they did not have any rooms that pets had not occupied - this is sad that hospitality forgot that dogs carry many diseases and allergies - people beware! My wife canceled the reservation on site! What diseases can a dog give a human?Viral infections such as rabies and norovirus and bacterial infections including Pasteurella, Salmonella, Brucella, Yersinia enterocolitica, Campylobacter, Capnocytophaga, Bordetella bronchiseptica, Coxiella burnetii, Leptospira, Staphylococcus intermedius and Methicillin resistance staphylococcus aureus.

I loved my 12 night stay here. I couldn't ask for more. Everyone was so friendly. I'll be back when I get my checkup in a couple months.

I normally don't like to write reviews for hotels but wanted to share our experience. These hotel consist of separate villas - our room was a studio like. Getting to the room at night (we checked it late) was very confusing, we walked around with our bags trying to figure out which room is ours. If you are traveling by yourself, consider staying in regular type of hotel like Hilton across the street - my safer and easier way to get to your room.Room and kitchen area were clean for hotel room. Carpet needs cleaning big time. We had early start and when woke up and turned light, saw multiple roaches (German cockroach to be exact) on walls - absolutely horrible! Upon returning home I emptied our bags straight to the washer... Unfortunately frond desk employee didn't asked us about our stay so I didn't have an opportunity to share about pest problem they are having (room 1314). I understand cockroaches are common in hotels with kitchens but pest control should be in place so guests won't wake up with cockroaches crawling on the walls....Breakfast was good! Employees working there, male and female, were awesome, nice and very polite and kept area clean and full of food.Wouldn't stay at this property ever again because of difficulty getting to the room from the parking with bags and for obvious cockroach problem.

Overall, the hotel was good for the price. The rooms are updated, but they definitely need a deep cleaning. There were stains and dust in various places around the room. It also smelled on the first day, but it disappeared after. The front desk staff was nice and it was convenient that checkout was at noon.

We stayed for 2 nights, the room wasnt that bad. The people upstairs from us must have been elephants though as they kept us up. The cable kept going out. We were mad bc the hot tub did not work. The front desk employee lakaya was very rude. I told her the hot tub was not working her response was nothing i can do about it! I also asked her for towels for the pool area as they were sopping wet and she walks away from me!! When we checked in her attitude sucked. I had questions as i never go away. The room has no oven but yet states full kitchen, and the dishwasher was broken!

To start, you can’t find the hotel with Google maps. I told the staff and they literally said “we don’t care, that’s not our job.” The room is nice, but the service is bad. There was a party going on above us all night with thumping going on and vibrating our room. We couldn’t sleep. We called the front desk 3 times and it barely stopped at 2am. Breakfast was a normal processed hotel breakfast - gross ?. It’s cheap for a reason. I’d spend $20-40 more next time and stay in a better hotel.

Awful hotel. Room smelled when we first arrived. Changed to another room. Still smelled, but not as bad. Grounds were run down. No one to help with bags. Stay elsewhere.

Although the price is awesome this place is in desperate need of an upgrade. Even at the front desk. Couple of your associates have the worse attitude in person and when they answer the phone. Not ok! This past weekend we stayed in the two level penthouse because we couldn't get any downstairs studios. My daughter books all our travel and takes care of all our accommodations. This would be a great room if it didn't have ants crawling out the bathroom drain, the shower was old, water looked frosty and a lot of damage to cabinets, all the light covers were yellow just to nice of a layout to look like the 70's. We have stayed here several times but this stay was very disappointed. The entire facility needs remodel the parking lot has a lot of uneven areas and that is dangerous. Someone could get injured badly if they trip. A very disappointing stay.

this is the first time I experienced a hotel that's a two bedroom two bathroom apartment . very very nice ...with a kitchen , a dishwasher, a stove and a full size fridge. the price wasn't crazy high. they call it a penthouse two bedroom.. they also have a full breakfast very impressive.. very interesting set up. my reason for 2 star review. Two major issues: 1) somehow they took a shortcut on the downstairs bedding not washing it . so no freshly laundered bleached smell but smelled like from a previous guest. but my wife didn't complain.2) We're gold envoy members and we communicated with with their chat platform and approved for a 2:00 late checkout.. however the front desk and the management of this hotel are total buffoons and they're sending housekeeping banging down the door and calling the house OG landline phone in the room trying to harass us. no communication with their online platform!Rooms: this is way better than a hotel room this is like a whole apartment.. I love it.. so much more luxurious to have a bunch of rooms we got the penthouse two bedroom two bathroom with the full kitchen dishwasher, oven, full refrigerator. very interesting

Nice place to be but house keeping manager appears somewhat rude, wallet went missing in my room but I left it there intentionally to test integrity of house keepers because it had nothing in it and it’s missing. You will enjoy the breakfast and the environment but some staff are not nice and be sure to secure all your belongings. HOTEL SHOULD PROVIDE A SAFE FOR PERSONAL BELONGINGS

Great front Staff, who are eager to help. HOWEVER; Rooms slightly dated, with MAJOR gaps in front door seal, lets in Mosquito's all night.... Great value with in room kitchen & accessories. We didn't take 1st room due to major burns in Microwave (like foil fire) but door gaps is a worst issue!

So this is a no frills, clean suites, with nice amenities like pool, bbqs and breakfast every morning. The property is old, but is well kept and the rooms are clean and spacious, apartment style. The breakfast was great and so was the staff. They staff was very nice and friendly. I like the fact that for the same price of an equivalent Airbnb, with the Residence Inn you get more amenities (breakfast, pool, no need to clean up the place before checkout etc.) It is next to a mayor highway (I-95), but I guess depending were your room is located, we did not hear a thing inside the room. It was very quiet and peaceful. I had reserved an efficiency with full kitchen and living room and that would have been spacious enough, but got upgraded to a one bedroom at check in because they ran out of efficiencies or something and we had more space than we could think of. The kitchen had all the basic needs and we were able to cook some simple meals and have many snacks at hand. We were able to have friends stop by and visit and we served them drinks and snacks easily from the kitchen. I peeked in a 2 bedroom loft and it was even more space. There are many families staying here, which I don’t mind since I came with mine in tow and had my friends with their families stop by. And this place is great for families that need the leg room. Again, the hotel is not fancy or higher end but it’s very homie, clean and well priced for what it offers. I have ties there in Boca and we have found our new place in the Residence Inn. We had previously done airbnbs but they have been more of a miss than a hit as of lately and so this will be our new place for sure in our future visits. The only reason I took a star from the rooms was because they were on the older side but other than that, they where clean, spacious and efficient.

My only issue with this place was that the room had a musty/mildew smell. The location of the indoor AC unit was in the bathroom as well as the AC return. And unless you use the door stop to leave the bathroom door propped open always, the air the AC pulls into the unit is going to have heavy moisture. There was so much moisture in the air that the pills in my pill tray were stuck together within a day. Outside of that, everything else was as you'd expect. The layout was great and more like an efficiency apartment with full size kitchen setup.
