My wife was looking to purchase a Burberry belt for me when salesman Mathew brought the belt out it was stretched bad my wife ask the manager Michelle that was on duty for store manager Rebecca Demonte could she take at least 10% off since the belt was damaged and she said there was nothing she could do you either buy it the way it is because it was on sale she refused to do even 10% my wife feels manger Michell was showing prejudice towards her because my wife was black we are going to report this mater to high up if nothing is done we won’t be back in we had just dropped $2100 last month with salesman Bobby we come in all the way from west Palm Beach all the time we are very upset about the incident

Sal’s is a great store. It’s very expensive so if you’re on a budget don’t go there. The employees are always very friendly and upset. The store is very clean and has a great presentation. If you enjoy buying luxury goods this is the place to do it.

Dilma, in the kids department has the worst customer service EVER! I made a purchase and wanted it gift wrap and was told it can't be done because it's a sale item(Since when do sale items don't get wrapped around the holidays) she gave me a box and told me to do it myself! Not only did she tell me to do it myself but told me that the manager is busy because she knew I was getting ready to report her! On top of that she told me the store was getting ready to close and it was only 6pm. Her behavior is unacceptable! My experience with her tonight was the WORST!

Talk about luck and great timing. So, it took me months to look for a gown. I've been scanning the internet for a dress for a very special occassion. I looked through all the stores and it so happen Saks 5th was carrying it. Before the order was placed, I decided to go to go there to check it out. I met Lorraine and she was fantastic! She knew her signature line very well. She was very well dressed, poised, friendly and patient. Since the outfit was unavailable, so she ordered it on line. I ordered (3) outfits to be delivered to the store so I can try it there. Better for me so i dont have to go back to return it. The Mcdouggal outfit I tried on was magnificent. It was priced sharply. Got a lot for look for the $. Lorraine did all the paperwork and returns.I also met Sara who was in charge of the Return Department. I notice, she handled all the haute outfits with a lot of TLC. Very professional and charming. The place is very pretty and you can tell the ambiance is very positive. They also had a lot of sale that day rows and rows of it! Wow!This would be a great place and time for socialites to come in an buy well made clothing.A great place to return again when a special occasion comes along.Thank you Lorraine & Sara for your kind assistance.

So I recently purchased some shoes from this location in which they shipped defected shoes to my house. I return them to their store and they said that they could not process Venmo debit cards for refund. They made me take my shoes home and request for a shipping label which I did. It has now been six months they never gave me my refund back. They told me that they are not returning my money, and I physically went into the store and they're telling me that they gave a gift card to someone and that someone has spent it which would be their employee because I never received a gift card. Their employee manager has now stolen from me and they're getting away with it. I have never heard of this in my whole entire life over $350 Saks Fifth Avenue - Boca Raton has stolen from paying customers and all I wanted was a refund now I am out $350 and I have no shoes. Corporate will not call me I live one hour and a half away from this location and I went in there just for someone to tell me they'll take care of it and their manager blocked me on the phone. do not do purchases with your Venmo debit card or in general do not shop at the store because they have a thief who is taking peoples gift cards that they're supposed to receive.

The staff there were incredibly helpful and friendly. They provided expert advice on skincare and makeup products, making my shopping experience a breeze. Their knowledge of Chanel's extensive cosmetics line was impressive, and they helped me find the perfect products to suit my needs. I just had the absolute worst experience dealing with Saks fifth. I purchased a polo bucket hat online. They sent me a different item than the one pictured. I spent over 30 minutes on the phone being that it was a sale item and was not eligible for returns. I had to dispute this and wait on hold for a very long time. Now I have to go to the store print out a new shipping label. Return the item wait until they receive the item and then wait 15 days from my money back? And I was told that in order to get the shipping refunded I’m going to have to call back after they receive the item after I just waited that long on hold to deal with this in the first place. This is inconvenient and unacceptable and I would never purchase another item from this store ever again. Horrible customer service experience. It’s not my fault that you shipped me the wrong item. I will not shop here ever again based off of the experience I just had. This company should do way better than this.
