Back in the days, the clerks at Sally used to be cheerful, helpful and polite. Today Saturday probably the business day of the week, I got the rudest and ignorant person I could get in retail.
Not only answered me with an attitude at my first question and throughout the whole conversation, but also told me to read the instructions instead of asking her.
If I knew what I needed, I would've bought it online, but I don't know, that's why I drove there. I was planning to buy a couple of recommended products by the clerk, give them a try before paying a Salon, well not today, back to Amazon reviews.
I have been a store manager in the pass, I can understand if someone is not fully trained for the job, but retail requires high levels of kindness and helpfulness. Maybe they don't get commissions anymore?

Bad service, they were about to close and they harassed me to leave. They practically kicked me out of the place. Rude and poorly educated, especially a lady who was there on October 25. I will never return to this place again.

Love ❤️ when Sally has a sale. Got a great deal on a lot of nail polish. ? Also everyone at Sally's is so nice and helpful. I really enjoy coming to this location.

I had a good experience at this store today. I came in looking for some thing I had no knowledge about. Viola walked me through my options and was happy to make suggestions. When It came time to check out there was a woman ahead of me who didn't didn't know whether she was coming or going. She kept changing her mind adding and removing things from her order. I was very impressed with the patience and professionalism that Viola displayed. I liked her funky hair colors and knowledge of all the products. I hope she sticks around and gets recognized for a job well done.

My daughter and I just had the most pleasurable experience at Sally's. We were helped by Sarah. She was extremely personable, knowledgeable, and efficient. At a time when good customer service is hard to find, our experience with Sarah was incredible.

Sitting outside store as I write this supposed to be open but I guess someone overslept or is not ready to see customers, there are currently 3 other people looking inside through the window to see why they are not open yet

The staff was amazing! As soon as I walked in the door I was asked if I needed help. They showed me exactly what I was looking for and answered all my questions. I will definitely return!

Just plain awful. I have seen friendlier employees at the DMV working a double-shift. They could truly care less about you, and you'll find better selection at Walgreens or CVS. They won't even let you use the bathroom there, but they are happy to take your money!
