Umberto did an outstanding job on my car! I had several deep scratches and areas with peeled paint, but within just a few hours of dropping it off, my car looked as good as new. I really appreciate how much Scratch Wizard took special care of me from the first interaction. I have a Tesla Model S, and any repair is difficult with Tesla and the app. I felt trapped not being able to talk to a human being to ask questions.
Not the case here, Scratch Wizard answered on the first ring, and explained how the process works and we exchanged photos.
I got a very reasonable estimate, and this after they did the legwork to find the parts (direct from Tesla).
Then they picked up my car from work, did all the work, and brought it back to me! They suggested some minor improvements to the wheels to make them look better and cut down road noise. Totally unexpected. I now have red Tesla logo on my wheels, they look much better. Never even knew about this one, but he came back to my place of work and installed them for FREE. He literally bought the Tesla caps and took time to drive to me and install them and didn't want a dime for his trouble. Who else does that?
I ended up also getting the windows tinted. This company is "the real deal". Trustworthy, value focused, extreme attention to detail, great communication, and very timely. You cannot ask for more.

Today my back bumper by the light on the drivers side was pushed in, so I went straight to his shop and he pushed out the damaged bumper and made it brand new once again.
