I had to make an account just to leave this review because I’ve never felt the need to review a store in my life—until now. The staff at this Sephora was shockingly rude, dismissive, and completely uninterested in helping customers.
Every time I asked a simple question, I was either ignored, given a short and unhelpful answer, or spoken to like I was a nuisance. They even rolled their eyes when I asked basic questions—which is insane, considering it’s their job to assist customers. The whole atmosphere felt pretentious and unwelcoming, like they couldn’t be bothered to help anyone who wasn’t their personal friend. I hate to break it to you guys but you work retail you are not better than anyone else.
For a brand that prides itself on being inclusive and customer-friendly, this location is the complete opposite. If you want good service, I highly recommend shopping elsewhere.

See Adrianna at this location. She’s incredible…I was in here during an insane Christmas rush the day before Christmas Eve, probably 100+ people or more in the store at once. She was juggling maybe 10-15 people at the same time, and she came back to me at least five times to make sure I was taken care of while I was checking out and looking for an item a friend had me getting for his wife. Seriously she’s incredible….Thank you Adrianna!!

I recently visited Sephora and had a terrible experience. The workers were extremely rude and displayed racist behavior. This kind of treatment is unacceptable and has left me very disappointed. I expect better from a brand like Sephora and hope they address this issue promptly. Victoria very rude

I wanted to say thank you to Icee! She helped me pick the perfect blush, and lip colors. I have honestly never received so many compliments on my make up before.

The five stars are directed towards a young lady by the name of Dianna who helped both me and my mother for a make up trial for my wedding. We also did hire her for the day of the wedding as well and she did a phenomenal job!
The reasons for my 5 stars are the following:
- She listens and she is patient: If we didn't like something or wanted to adjust something she made the change. I expressed to her some of my concerns regarding my skin being extremely oily and she recommended the Perk treatment to help with the longevity of the make up on the big day. And it actually did help! The make up stayed on all day and night with just 1 touch up. I typically have to touch up much more frequently.
- She is reliable: When she came on the day of the wedding to do the make up she was prepared with all of her materials and she was on time!
- She works well with melanated skin: During our trial she took her time to find the ideal match for color for my mom and I. She really assessed our undertones to get the right color.
We truly enjoyed having Dianna as our artist and hope that she is recognized for her work. This girl is going places!

I originally went in to Sephora to pick up an item I ordered offline but you know how it goes when you walk into Sephora. Your eyes are bigger than your pockets. Then a beautiful angel by the name of Marcia helped my sister and I and made us feel more beautiful than when we walked into the store. Thank you Marcia, keep doing what you do!

I had the pleasure of working with Karen, and she made my shopping experience so enjoyable. She helped me get exactly what I needed, listened to what my needs were, asked me questions to help narrow down the right products for my skin type, and was mindful of my budget.
