Good luck getting on the phone with anyone as their phone system doesn't send to waiting list just back to the main menu. Thought it was an issue with contacting outside of hours of operation, but the business shows open at the time of calling.

I would never buy shoes from this company. Early Christmas shopping for our son's Christmas present and they don't fit. They won't take back or exchange them. Customer service sucks. Do not do business with them.

Return policy is awful!! Not free at all as advertised! $6.95 fee and must go back fedex even if inconvenient and even though shipped to you by ups. Lousy customer service and I'm surprised they are in business!

My boyfriend needed shoes for starting a new job and we decided to go here. Victor was SO helpful and kind as well as patient. He did a great job showing us options right away and what each shoe was better for. Such an easy and seamless experience with Victor and the shoes are great quality for the price, and they also have a great return policy. Come here if you need work shoes and ask for Victor!!!!

The worst cheapest shoes ever! They last 2 months if you're lucky The shoe lashes have to be replaced immediately unless you want to tie them around your neck

I was given the shoes for crews website to order my work shoes on. I was to pick them out and let my work do the rest. I decided to go ahead and order the shoes I wanted and they were one of the most expensive pairs since I was going to be on my feet all day. I ordered my original size and they were tight, but thought if I wore them they would stretch out. Till the end of my shift my feet hurt from being too small. I was told if you ordered them through work I could return them, but I didn't. I went back to there sight to order a different pair to find out I could return them even though I wore them. I did it all online, all very simple. Said the ones I wanted would be back ordered for 6 wks and I thought I would order and wait because they were so comfy. I just got them in about a week after ordering! No hassle! No questions! I would recommend this place to everyone! You just don't find businesses for a return with no hassle! Thank you Shoes for Crews!Ps, if ordering I did find a few of the shoes run small.

I almost fell for this awful company... Luckily I read the reviews. I really wanted to purchase work shoes, found a pair that seemed to work for me. Unfortunately for me, they are New Balance. Shoes for Crews claimed that if I sign up for their (relentless) emails, I get free shipping. WRONG. None of their discounts they advertise work for most of their shoes (unless, of course, you buy THEIR brand). I understand not allowing percentage-off discounts on some brand names (due to brand-name contracts)... But why not free shipping??? Upon reading others' reviews, it seems they lack in customer service as well. I don't think I will give them my business.

I ordered some shoes for work and it was soposed to give me 15% off for giving my email. As soon as u apply the coupon it doesn't work. What a lie. In any case I'm looking forward to my shoes. But it pisses me off when ur promised something that doesn't work.beware

Ordered , they,said 3 to 5 days. Going on a month , paid two after pays , still nothing never had this happen in the past I ended up ordering from Amazon because I needed my shoes , shoes still not here

This took me a long time to even consider posting but my experience 2021 during the interview process was frustrating and a waste of time. I was overqualified for the HR Coordinator position that I was applying for. I went through 2 online interviews and 1 in person interview just to be told a week later that it would be a diservice to myself if she gave me this position ( which is not your decision as an employer). I knew this was coming because during my in person interview she kept trying to make the position seem harder than it was. Then I got the " we can't hire you but follow me on LinkedIn cause I see great things for you" call. During this call I was told the role would be too easy for me.I have a couple ideas of why I wasn't offered the role but I hope the HR team has gotten better with the selection/interview process. I believe reviews like this make companies better....hopefully. I am now an HR manager but remember this interview process vividly. I make it a point to make sure the interview process goes smoothly for applicants because the whole process is stressful enough.

I wear Shoes for Crews shoes both at work and in my personal life. They have a wide variety to choose from including Cole Haan. They are very comfortable and keep me safe in my feet.

This company practices false advertising. Their customer service people (supervisors) do nothing to address the problem. I keep receiving emails with the name and picture of the shoe I was looking at that states free shipping but when I go to buy them they tell me free shipping is not available on this style.

We are very very happy with Shoes for Crews. Great selection including New Balance which are super comfortable. When you wear them through the kitchen you can feel the difference immediately! They really grip to the floor. Very reasonably priced too.
