I had a fantastic experience at the Tempur-Pedic store! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and taken care of. Luna was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and really listened to what I was looking for. I prefaced that I was only looking but I was still treated as a valued customer. Highly recommend this store, and will surely return when I am ready to purchase a mattress.

I cannot say enough great things about Madison at the Boca Raton Sleep Number location! She went above and beyond to help me with a bed repair that actually fell outside of the original warranty period. Her knowledge, patience, and determination to find a solution made the entire experience stress-free. She truly cared about making sure everything was handled properly, and I left feeling completely taken care of.
For anyone reading this—here’s a pro tip: buy the 3-year warranty. It’s worth every penny and gives you total peace of mind.

We recently purchased a Sleep Number bed and couldn't be happier with the experience—from start to finish. The comfort level is truly outstanding. Being able to customize firmness on each side has completely changed how we sleep. No more tossing and turning or waking up sore—just deep, restful sleep every night.
What really made the experience exceptional, though, was Madison. She went above and beyond to help us understand all the options and find the perfect bed for our needs. Madison was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and never once made us feel rushed or pressured. She took the time to answer every question and even followed up after our purchase to ensure everything was perfect.
If you're considering a Sleep Number bed, do yourself a favor and go see Madison.
Between the amazing comfort of the bed and the top-tier customer service, this was hands-down one of the best shopping experiences we've ever had.

As I hurried out of the store, I couldn’t shake the feeling of disappointment. The salesperson seemed completely uninterested in helping me. It was disheartening, especially since I was looking for a specific Pilowise product. Instead, I was informed that they only offered their own brand. There was no effort to understand my needs or even a hint of curiosity about competing products, so offer a solution. The enticing name of the store had drawn me in, but the staff’s lack of engagement sent me in the opposite direction. It was disheartening to see them struggling with sales. I truly felt sorry for the business.

This is the Sleep Number Store that you want to go to! It was out of my way, but I always have such a great experience here. Leilani helped us this time and she is amazing! She made me my mother and my son feel very welcome in the store and I ended up, leaving with a Cooling cover for my bed and a set of sheets that I absolutely love! I told her my mom was interested and she did a whole presentation and had my son and my mom test the bed out. This is the only Sleep number store that I will shop at. It’s easy to get to and has wonderful employees.

Great experience, right away we were greeted by Leilani and welcomed into the store. We have had a sleep number for over ten years and we were looking to purchase another one for the guest bedroom. Leilani was very knowledgeable and helped us pick out the perfect bed for our needs. Hands down sleep number is the way to go. You'll never need another bed. You can adjust it as your body changes throughout the years. You get what you pay for .... Perfect sleep ;)

They told me I had 100 days to try the mattress. I exchange the mattress at 60 days and then the new mattress was no better than the old mattress but then they said it was final sale and would not refund or exchange again. And they were very rude on the phone and pulled them. Manipulative lies about telling me that there was a final sale which they never did.

Jonathan was amazing. He knew we came in knowing exactly what we wanted and was very helping in getting us in and out in 20 minutes. He made the entire experience very clear and kinda fun with his humor. Great salesman!
