I had a wonderful experience at Sofia Loren Salon! Miguel gave me an amazing haircut — he really listened and delivered exactly what I wanted. Before that, I had a terrific consultation with Sofia, who took the time to understand my hair and goals. Dawn at the front desk is an absolute delight — warm, welcoming, and makes scheduling appointments effortless (even by text!).
Such a professional, friendly team — I’m so glad I found this salon!

Five stars isn't enough for Miguel at Sofia Loren Salon! He absolutely nailed my hair, exactly what I wanted. The whole experience was top-notch - welcoming staff, thorough service, and I felt truly taken care of. My hair looks amazing, and I couldn't be happier. I have known Sofia for some time and was in the area and needed a dye job. She responded immediately and got me in with Tracy who was so kind and helpful. I’m pretty simple, just black color, but it’s really the process from beginning to end that makes the difference. I felt supported and cared for the whole time. I will definitely be coming back to Sofia Loren for all my hair needs ✨🙏

I had an amazing experience at Sofia Loren Salon! Miguel was absolutely fantastic—skilled, professional, and really took the time to understand what I wanted. The results were perfect! The manager, Dawn, was also wonderful—welcoming, friendly, and made sure everything ran smoothly. The whole atmosphere of the salon was warm and inviting. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great service and talented stylists!

Ah, this Salon is amazing! I happen to be visiting FL and decided to stop by this salon needing a major color transformation!

Sophia will make you feel like a million dollars if she thinks you have a million dollars, as soon as she knows you don’t her whole persona will change. I was shocked as I’ve been a client of hers for some time now but before my last appointment I sat with her for 15 minutes stressing the fact that my job and finances have changed. It was embarrassing for me to explain but very important for her to know and that unfortunately I was on a tight budget. We spoke about the appointment and she assured me we could make it a successful one. I was gaslight into believing my concerns of leaving my appointment with carrot colored hair were crazy. When I sent in pics to show Sophia as I left with wet hair from my appointment she said she couldn’t see anything wrong with the color. I then asked if maybe I could come in so she could have a look, when I went into the salon I was calm and just explained my concerns. I was quickly taken into the back of the salon and Sophia proceeded to tell me she will have the “cameras checked” regarding our appointment and conversation about my budget, as if I was lying and a criminal. I’ve never been treated like this my entire life, I left feeling like a I was crazy and shaking from the experience. Mind you I sat with her for 15 minutes before the appointment explaining my financial situation and making sure we could have a successful appointment within my budget. I couldn’t stress this enough and was even willing to not have the appointment at all if it was going to be too expensive as I understood getting your hair done is a luxury and with the cost of inflation many salons prices have gone up, this part is understandable, but I wish she never agreed to do my hair if she was going to let me leave like this. To confirm I wasn’t losing my mind I booked a consult at another salon and as soon as I sat in the master colorists chair I didn’t even have to explain my situation and the first words out of her mouth when she took a look were “ uh oh what happened to your hair, who did this!?”I debated writing this review because I’m a very calm person who tries to avoid conflict, but I believe this may help someone. The worst part is I went to two other salons for a consultation and they all said the same thing about Sophia’s job. I ended up having to pay about double to get it fixed but the worst part isn’t even that, it was the whole experience as you think you know someone but as soon as they realize you don’t have as much money you are treated like absolute dirt. Very sad.
